Located on Ekareach Street between the city center and Victory Hill, it sits within a small park. Next to the monument is a shrine used for religious festivals. Featuring a lotus-shaped stupa in traditional Khmer style, it serves as a symbol of national pride and a key landmark for visitors.

The locations chosen to visit were good and interesting. However, the limited English of our guide made this trip a little less engaging. He did not even tell us his name. There were limited explanations of the places seen. During our travel time between locations, our guide spent time on his cell phone or talking to the driver. Our driver was a very good, safe driver. Overall, seeing the included sites gave us a better understanding of this area of Cambodia.
