You will experience a quick picturesque boat ride through the historic Nassau Harbor as you venture to enjoy a snorkeling adventure in the aquatic world of the Sea Garden Conservation area. Here you will snorkel on the coral reef system in the crystal clear blue waters where you will see different forms of sea life. This includes sea coral, sea plants, lots of fish, and maybe even a turtle or two. This area is protected by a cove that allows for a smooth snorkeling adventure. After the tour, you’ll get back to the boat returning to the dock. Tour times may change due to weather. No denim jeans or sneakers/tennis

The trip was okay, but too tiring. They combined two excursions into one without telling us. So, we had 30 min snorkeling with Turtles and 30 min snorkeling at the supposed Sea Garden. Too tiring having to get in and out of the boat twice in pretty rough and choppy water. I was expecting an hour at the Sea Garden. Not sure we even went to the Sea Garden. It was along a shore of some island. Disappointed.

They were about 20 minutes late picking us up, which was unfavorable, especially considering that they rescheduled from our original time, but the experience was fun!

This was a last minute day-before booking for us and we are SO glad we did! We saw over a dozen sea turtles, and a variety of fish. By far the best snorkeling we had on our Bahamas vacation. The kids loved the boat ride as much as the snorkeling. We really appreciated the great communication about adjusting the tour time. We walked from downtown and thought the directions were very easy to follow. Give yourself time to get there, show up a little early, Capt Keith doesn't mess around with leaving on time! Which we thought was awesome! Thanks again for a great trip!

What an amazing experience, we had initially booked an 11am tour but the operator notified us they had overbooked and had to move us to 1pm. Fortunately the time slot still worked. Well, when we arrived, we realized we were the only ones booked for 1pm, so we wound up with a private charter. We were THRILLED! Obviously this is a unique experience, but I do think it shows loyalty of the operator because with only 2 people, some places would just cancel you. So we had a cruise across to the Rose Island Beach to snorkel, there were several reefs to check out. The back side of the reef always has more activity because it's deeper water, so be sure to swim around the back side. Our 2 captains were great, they gave us the "who lives in what mansion " tour on the way back and even dropped us near the cruise port so we didn't have to walk. Absolutely amazing, 10/10- I HIGHLY recommend!

My sisters and I had a blast! Our captain and his mate were awesome! So helpful with the snorkeling, personable and fun people to be with. The snorkeling was the best I’ve ever experienced! So many fish and the reef is beautiful. When the snorkeling was over the captain even brought us back to the cruise port! Bluefinn is not easy to find. We walked. Probably about .75 mile from cruise port. Go to the Rubis gas station on East Bay street. The Harbor & Bluefinn are directly behind it. We WILL totally do this again! Absolutely the best!
Nassau 3-Hour Snorkel

The best snorkeling in years, and far better than that offered by the Atlantis resort. We boated 30 minutes to a very active coral reef just off a small island and spent 45 minutes taking in the beautiful colors and activity 5 to 10 feet below us. Our boat captain circled nearby and spotted fish for us, including one large Ray. Our 2-man crew was great company and made us feel welcome and comfortable on our 3-hour trip.

The crew really went above and beyond. We had to rebook because of stormy weather. They reached out to us to set up a time and took my wife and I out to the Sea Gardens. We had an extended snorkel and got to see some amazing coral, Fish and sea turtles. We got to snorkel for about an hour and a half, which is just what we wanted.

We had a great experience with Captain Keith & crew. The boat is in great shape and we got to see a few turtles up close in the first snorkeling spot and also enjoyed the coral reef and fish at the Sea Garden at the second snorkeling spot. The weather had been very windy on the day of our trip and l called Blue Finn Charters 242 with the booking contact details and they were very flexible to reschedule for the following day. The following day, the weather was better and our chances of enjoying the 2 hour trip were much higher. Overall, 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience, it was only my husband, 15 year old daughter and myself on the tour that day and we left Nassau satisfied that we had seen a nice bit of the marine life. As a side note, we had taken another snorkeling / swimming with pigs/ water sports tour a few days before and it was a joke as far as the snorkeling activity was concerned, so if you want to snorkel near Nassau, this is your best bet!

Four of us - my husband and I plus two people from a cruise - took part in this. To find the dock be sure to walk BEHIND the gas station all the way to the waterfront, and wait at the land end of the dock where there is a bench and a ramp going down to a float. It is not marked, but all the locals know. Our group left late because the group ahead of us returned late - no worries, Captain Chris made sure we still had our full time. Our ride out to the island was fast and fun in his safe open fiberglass-hull boat with twin outboard engines. It had a rear deck making it easy to get in and out of the water. Chris clearly loves the sea turtles and knows them well. He took us directly to them, and gave us good advice about how to best watch them while snorkeling. He helped us in and out of the water, and when the turtles moved he moved the boat so we could keep watching them. He explained about the colorful small fish that appear to have a commensal relationship with the turtles. We had a full, fun hour in the water before we returned to port. Highly recommend.
