5.00My companions and I gambled on America being an accepting country, and I was right, they are. WE are from Sweden and the three of us cannot speak or hear so it was a gamble that we would get through our USA experience unscathed. We were so excited to see the Grand Canyon and especially the skywalk. We came on 12-23 and the lines were a little long and we felt like a little uneasy with the crowds. We were up at the front of the line we were met by a wonderful young man named Kelly. He immediately understood our issues and motioned for us to hold still. He called another man over and he motioned for us to follow him. Harold was his name and he took us all the way out to the bridge. When we were putting those things over our shoes we were met by another person who could sign, I believe David was his name and he explained everything to us. What a blessing; these men went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and feel special, what a fantastic experience. We left with huge smiles on our face. We then went to guava point, what a beautiful place. we were waiting in line to return to our car when a driver in a small bus pulled up. I recognized that it was the wonderful man that started our fabulous journey, it was Kelly the gentlemen that took great care of us. I jumped in his bus, but my companions were in a bus in front of us. when we arrived at the big white building my companions were waiting on us. Kelly got out opened up all the doors for the other people and then was hugged hugely by my wife. We all wanted to trry and show Kelly how much we appreciated all he did for us. My wife and I wanted him to know how wonderful he and his friends ment to our experience; I offered hjim a 100.00. american money but he refused to accept it, my wife and freind tried to get him to take this money but he refused to take the monies. He helped us out of the wonders of his heart. We will never forget our great experience and the people that helped us navigate our way around this beautiful place. We will always hold Kelly, Harold, David in our hearts and thoughts. a time we will will never forget. Thank you

5.00Fabulous day touring the Grand Canyon West Rim and Hoover Dam. Steve was an excellent tour guide. He made sure we all had what we needed to enjoy the day and gave us facts and interesting information about the sites we toured and things along the way. I would highly recommend this tour.

5.00A super efficient and enjoyable way to see the West rim from Las Vegas. Ward was a welcoming and informative guide who made sure we had all the insider knowledge to maximize the experience. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

5.00It was a great experience that took place from 7am to 5pm.....suggest listening to advice of tour guide. Ours was Steve from One Day Tours and he was spot on. Wear comfortable shoes, a lit of walking on some slightly uneven terrain. It was a great experience.

5.00This day tour from Vegas was great! Our guide/driver Jose was awesome, with pit stops every hour to refresh and take a break. The schedule was perfect as we made it to the Grand Canyon and had a nice lunch overlooking the canyon before the big tour hordes arrived. We had plenty of time to spend at Guano point and Eagle point to take in postcard pictures. On the way back we stopped at Hoover Dam and arrived back at the hotel just after 5pm, which is perfect.
