5.00Our guide, Kalika, made us appreciate local foods so much more. I was a bit leery of the street food we had been seeing, but after the tour I felt more comfortable not only picking out food by sight but understanding the key words. Kalika showed our group a variety of foods as well as provide fun transportation (beckas) to locations along the way. She was highly knowlegible of the area, history and culture. A great way to become more comfortable with the local cuisine!

5.00Our food tour in Yogyakarta with Kalika was fantastic! She was a wonderful guide — friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the best local flavors. We visited places we never would have found on our own, each with delicious, authentic food. On top of that, Kalika introduced us to some fun local cultural activities that made the experience even richer and more memorable. It was the perfect blend of eating, exploring, and learning. Highly recommend this tour and Kalika if you want to truly experience Yogyakarta!

5.00I've been on my share of food tours in the past and this one with Kalika was easily my favorite! Kalika is such a lovely and entertaining guide. She communicated efficiently and even brought extra umbrellas for us to use. If you're in Yogyakarta I highly recommend booking this tour, you will not regret it! When I come back, I will book her other food tour that includes a market visit.
