Discover the natural beauty hidden just off Hawaii’s famed Hana Highway on a waterfalls and rainforest hike in East Maui. The 5-hour excursion takes you deep into one of Hawaii’s most popular valleys, where several waterfalls tumble within a short distance of one another. On this relaxed hike, take a dip into the pools located beneath the falls, clamor up columnar basalt rock formations to jump safely into the water, and enjoy a healthy lunch.

After meeting at our start point , you will be driven along the Hana Highway (Road to Hana) to the trailhead. From here we will take you on an incredible hike through a rainforest valley with a knowledgeable, local guide.

We enjoyed this hike. It was pretty easy. I’d say easy to moderate as there were some hills we had to climb up and down so keep that in mind. The walking was easy.

Allison was great, very knowledgeable about vegetation and history. Hardest part of hikes was walking along a low rock wall/incline other than that fairly smooth terrain.

We had a wonderful time with Abby! She is so friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the natural world we experience d. She is a natural leader and takes her responsibilities seriously. She showed care and interest in all the participants. I highly recommend this shopping/hiking/beach experience!

This experience was amazing! Probably one of our favorite experiences so far! Michael was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable. We got to jump into multiple waterfalls and hike almost 3 miles through the rainforest. He let us try multiple fruits and lunch was included. The pickup spot was only 1.5 mile uber from the cruise port. Definitely worth it!

Incredible hike! Ran was such a knowledgeable guide and truly shows her love for her Maui culture! I highly recommend this hike as it is educational, fun, and memorable! Waterfalls and the rainforest simply beautiful!

The scenery was of course beautiful. Our guide, Joel, was just amazing. He was very attentive and informative. He took great care to make the hike enjoyable and safe according to each individuals skill and fitness level.

Enrique was a great guide. He was able to handle a group with all skill levels. He provided great information on flora and fauna. We got to swim in beautiful waterfalls. I would definitely recommend this tour!

We had such a great experience on our hike tour! Our guide, Brian, was amazing—very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely involved the whole time. He made the trip fun and educational, sharing great insights about the island and its nature. What really stood out was how he even jumped off the waterfalls himself to make us feel more comfortable and confident doing it too! It was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend this tour—especially with Brian as your guide!

Easy hike. 2 great swimming spots. One spot multiple jump in heights if you want. Our guide pointed out multiple fruits growing which we ate along the trail.
