Discover the natural beauty hidden just off Hawaii’s famed Hana Highway on a waterfalls and rainforest hike in East Maui. The 5-hour excursion takes you deep into one of Hawaii’s most popular valleys, where several waterfalls tumble within a short distance of one another. On this relaxed hike, take a dip into the pools located beneath the falls, clamor up columnar basalt rock formations to jump safely into the water, and enjoy a healthy lunch.

After meeting at our start point , you will be driven along the Hana Highway (Road to Hana) to the trailhead. From here we will take you on an incredible hike through a rainforest valley with a knowledgeable, local guide.

Amazing experience. Not too tough of a hike, but needed a helping hand in some spots. Our guide, Joel, was knowledgeable, funny, and really took great care of our group.

We had a great time exploring the rainforests and jumping off waterfalls. It was rainy the day we went and although it was a chilly start, we still really enjoyed it. Our guide, Marko was great.

The day was overall fantastic! Dave was an excellent guide…informative, engaging, always helpful. He knows his rainforest! Hike was doable but did use hands a few times to climb over, under and through! The jumping/swimming was great..and we are 65yo’s!

This is a Maui must! Des, our guide, was absolutely fantastic! 3 waterfalls, cliff jumping, with lunch included made for a perfect day! Your feet will get wet, wear shoes with a good grip, as the rocks are slippery in areas. The hike itself is not hard. Couple spots where you have to navigate some rock formations, but nothing difficult. Book it and take your friends!
Enrique provided excellent care of us and shared his rich knowledge of island culture, history and flora/fauna.

I was hiking with my 82 year old mother and Enrique took excellent care of us. We saw five waterfalls and I swam in one. We saw beautiful flowers all along the trail.

WOW just WOW! This was such a fun family adventure for us! Waterfalls…private waterfall swimming…hiking through beautiful vegetation….walking through gorgeous healing tree canopy….fun picnic lunch and ALL offered and done with Hike Maui! Desiree was the perfect hike guide and knew her way around the forest and trails! If you want to be adventurous… do this!!!

Cam was great- he tried very hard to educate but kept it were light. He is a very funny guy. I’m glad he found a job that he is very passionate and enjoys. The company is very luck to have him working for them.
