Enjoy an half day small group tour to discover the beauty of the Tuscan wine country. Drive through vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees. Visit 2 wineries to discover the secrets of wine making, take pictures and taste different wines and olive oil paired with local Tuscan specialties.

Minimum age to join the tour is 12 years old; infants are not allowed
Drinking age is 18 years old
Due to a few stairs to access wine cellars, this tour is not accessible for those using a wheelchair
Vegetarian & gluteen free, can be accommodated, please advise at time of booking under special requirements.
Wines tasted: reds typical of the Chianti region ( normally Chianti Classico, Riserva, Super Tuscans, Gran Selezione, etc.).
Operates rain or shine, please dress appropriately
Luggage can be stored on the bus during the tour, if needed
Return at departure point: 1:45pm for the 9.00am tour - 7:00pm for the 2:30pm tour. To reserve other activities, allow plenty of time, in case of heavy traffic, etc.
Visited wineries may vary depending on their availability, etc.; they may be 2 of the following Fattoria Montecchio, Casa Emma, San Michele a Torri, Villa Poggio Torselli, Podere Anselmo, Casa di Monte, Tenuta Capponi, Villa i Langi, Tenuta San Vito, etc.
For cruise ship passengers only: if your ship docks at Livorno or La Spezia Port, be advised that the driving time to the meeting point in Florence is approx. 2 hours. Before booking, be sure your ship schedule works with our departure times, and you have your own transportation arranged from the port to Florence and back.

5.00Our tour guide Matteo and Nino the driver were excellent. Matteo gave very interesting and informative history of the region and wine. Also they made it fun and upbeat and takes great photos. The wineries the wine was very good and the scenery was amazing! The hosts were friendly, happy and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend! One suggestion is to send a map pin on where to meet.

4.00Overall a decent tour. The check-in process was confusing, given multiple tours checking in at the same place-- we would recommend better signage. After that, the wineries that were selected were great, we got very large pours, nice snacks, and we particularly enjoyed the dogs and other animals, and the special stops for photo ops. The tour was big however, and that made it feel very impersonal, being on the giant bus, not connecting much with the guide, etc., We weren't allowed to drink on the way back, which I had not experienced in my other wine tours formerly in Florence, so the journey back was just sleepy, boring, and killed the vibe. I would recommend this perhaps for large groups of friends, but it wasn't a 100% for me and my fiance.

5.00One of my all time favorite tours! Such a great time! The scenery & views alone were amazing and something I hope to never forget. Pictures don’t do it justice. The wine was fantastic as well!

5.00This tour was amazing! We got to go into private tasting rooms at the wineries and had snacks at both! We got to go into the wine cellar at the second winery as well. The vineyards were beautiful and the staff were very knowledgeable About the grounds and wine. Raf was our guide and Matteo was our driver, they were both wonderful!
