Enjoy an half day small group tour to discover the beauty of the Tuscan wine country. Drive through vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees. Visit 2 wineries to discover the secrets of wine making, take pictures and taste different wines and olive oil paired with local Tuscan specialties.

Public transportation options are available nearby

Minimum age to join the tour is 12 years old; infants are not allowed

Drinking age is 18 years old

Due to a few stairs to access wine cellars, this tour is not accessible for those using a wheelchair

Vegetarian & gluteen free, can be accommodated, please advise at time of booking under special requirements.

Wines tasted: reds typical of the Chianti region ( normally Chianti Classico, Riserva, Super Tuscans, Gran Selezione, etc.).

Operates rain or shine, please dress appropriately

Luggage can be stored on the bus during the tour, if needed

Return at departure point: 1:45pm for the 9.00am tour - 7:00pm for the 2:30pm tour. To reserve other activities, allow plenty of time, in case of heavy traffic, etc.

Visited wineries may vary depending on their availability, etc.; they may be 2 of the following Fattoria Montecchio, Casa Emma, San Michele a Torri, Villa Poggio Torselli, Podere Anselmo, Casa di Monte, Tenuta Capponi, Villa i Langi, Tenuta San Vito, etc.

For cruise ship passengers only: if your ship docks at Livorno or La Spezia Port, be advised that the driving time to the meeting point in Florence is approx. 2 hours. Before booking, be sure your ship schedule works with our departure times, and you have your own transportation arranged from the port to Florence and back.

This tour was expertly, arranged, and scheduled. From the promptness of leaving on time to the length of time provided at each winery, the experience was terrific. The hosts at each winery were spectacular. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wishing a Tuscan wine tasting experience. The tour host, I believe his name was Jonathan, and the driver (Alessandro?) we’re fabulous. Very friendly and accommodating as well as. The food and wine provided at each winery were great but the second winery that provided cold cuts and cheeses and bread, . It was like having a full lunch. All was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful half-day tour. Definitely exceeded my expectations.!

We met so many great people, tasted amazing wine and the views and photos were breathtaking. Everything was professionally run and the tour guides were great! I am from the U.S. and a skeptic about booking tours online out of the country but when I say I am more than pleased, I mean it!

Leo was a great guide! He provided just the right mix of humor, background and education. I was initially disappointed we would only visit two wineries, the tastings and food pairing at each was generous and sumptuous.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The tour guide Jonathon was so fun and informative on the wineries and the region of Tuscany. He gave us lots of history on the short ride to the wineries. Plenty of wine, cheese and meats. The bus driver made it even more fun with a spectacular play list on the way back.
