  very well run tour. Got to snorkel in many different spots and there were stops by beaches for those too tired to snorkel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. however, if you get sea sick easily this trip moght be difficult. Expect to spend up to 2 hrs on choppy waters.

  Excellent day of snorkeling in crystal blue waters. The fish and coral life was amazing to see. The trip was well organised and managed. The staff were very friendly and the boat fantastic. Lunch was delicious. We also had endless access to cold bottles of water and soft drinks. Overall awesome memorable day out!

  This is admittedly an isolated incident, but thought it would be helpful for others like me, who aren’t totally comfortable with these kinds of tours where you’re at the mercy of a limited description on the booking site and a crew of strangers in a strange land, who you hand over all control of your safety to. Was picked up at hotel, and brought to a beach for boarding. The person who checked my name seemed to be holding a joint, which didn’t bother me so much until I saw the same person then as the main crewman helping passengers board. I raised this issue in a note to the operator after I walked away and did not go on the excursion, and was told that it is common for people to smoke palm leaves which looks like I joint. My thought is, if that mistake can be made, maybe keep the smoking for when you’re not dealing with customers who might be already a little nervous about entrusting their safety to strangers. Additionally, the boat was not as I expected. Maybe I should have, but the description “The new and spacious boat offers both outdoor and indoor saloons,” gave me the impression they would be more spacious than shoulder-to-shoulder with other passengers. The word saloon to me means a place to get away, so I believed I would be able to find places on the boat to not feel so crammed. I may have gotten past this if I wasn’t already on alert due to not trusting the staff I encountered. Again, I walked away, and did not go on the excursion, knowing I probably was forfeiting what I paid, but my peace of mind is more important. I reached out explaining my issue, hoping I would deal with a company reasonable about customer service, but as stated, absolutely no refunds. So, beware, and be sure this is absolutely what you want to do before booking. They will not work with you under special circumstances.

  It was an amazing trip! Super organised: we received a message a few minutes after booking the trip with the pick up information. They were on time and very friendly. The guide (TAY) was super sweet and even wanted to hold our baby so we could snorkel together. We had unlimited water and soft drinks on the boat, and had a litte snack (fruit). Lunch was on a beautiful island and was very good. The snorkeling itself was also very nice! we saw a lot of fish an even a shark! I was even thinking about doing the same trip again.

  The islands of Koh Rok are breathtaking: turquoise water, beautiful snorkeling with fish of all colors, and an incredibly kind accompaniment. I highly recommend! Even if you’ve never snorkeled or are afraid, I guarantee you’ll love it. I had an apprehension myself, and in the end, I loved it. Just for the turquoise water of Koh Rok, it is worth it! On board, you have at your disposal Coke, juices, water, etc., at will. On the island of Koh Rok, there is a walk to a viewpoint, but I do not recommend it. The climb is very steep and with the heat it can be complicated. I recommend staying on the beach and enjoying the crystal clear waters. Don’t forget your sunscreen! • Well organised tour for snorkelling

  Well run tour including hotel pickup and drop off. The snorkelling spots were a little bit samey, but here was still plenty to see in the 30-40 minutes we had in each spot. Koh Haa was a particular highlight with the five rock islands in the middle of nowhere. Lunch was decent, but the lunch break could have been a little shorter (it was almost 2h) as there was not too much to do there except swim and relax on the beach. Definitely worth the trip though!

  Beautiful excursion with a great team that was very caring, and made us have a great day. Having made several excursions throughout Thailand, I can say that this agency is very professional.

  We went out for snorkling 3 times during the excursion. We saw a lot of Fisher. The Coral are not colorfull. We stop 2 hours at a wonderfull beach and the snack was good. On the boat we had water, cola, orange juice and fruits. We were 32 person on the boat. That makes a lot of people.

  Booked again with Tin to two islands. Same happy bunch this time too. Nice to meet others on the boat, we raised the age considerably with our 60+ Good food and generous drink. Pick up and drop off at the hotel works perfectly as well as booking via whats up

  This was the best snorkeling tour we have taken. They take you to three snorkeling spots where you jump off the boat. Koh Rok was the best spot. Koh Haa was good also. The most beautiful colors species of fish. Water was nice and clear. Lots of coral. Although, most of it has died off. But still beautiful. The crew was awesome! Helped you out in every way. They provide water and soft drinks on and off the boat with lunch. Lunch was great! Had time to relax on the beach for a few hours. I highly recommend this tour.
