Enjoy this Jeep safari tour across Curacao, that will include beach time and snorkeling. A driver/guide, mask, snorkel, fins, snorkel vest and beach entrance are included. You'll receive the tour and information about the island - a fun, off-road safari experience.
We will be visiting Shete Boca National Park where you will see how beaches on Curacao evolved and then will visit Playa Piskado where we have a very good chance we can snorkel with turtles up close.
A (phono)visit to Knip Beach is included, on route to Cas Abao Beach for some more snorkeling, enjoying the beach-beds and an optional lunch.
Lunch is not included during the lunch stop.

Shete Boka National Park
After we pick you up we go for a scenic head out to the west where we will find a beautiful cave, spectaShete Boca, (The 7 mouths) is part of the National Christoffel park and is situated the north western side of Curacao. After traveling through the Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea, enormous waves hit the shores with a loud bang and a gigantic splash. Again, bring your camera. Spectacular blow holes and views of the north shore of Shete Boca National Park.
Boca Tabla
Lots to see here... the famous Boka Tabla Cave is spectacular to visit. Inside you see big waves that with a thundering sound enter the cave. Really cool!

5.00Terrance was a great guide. He shared his knowledge and passion about the ecology, economics of the island, and the origins of Papiamento. He took time to stop at the waters where the salt pans have slowly been returned to the natural state, with the return of many birds but also agriculture. He emphasized the involvement of the local population to make it happen. Our second stop was at Shete Boca, with the rough coastline, wild water and fountains of water in a narrow inlet. I loved seeing the strength of the water and the delicate water spray. Plenty of pretty photos. We stopped at great beaches, like at the Fishermen’s village where we could observe sea turtles and even swim among them. But: don’t touch them because you might make them sick! At another beach we could hang out on the beach among trees, swim and snorkel. Unfortunately the coral has been bleached, but there is still a lot to see: fish, some urchins. The lines for food were very long. Transportation in the jeep was fun: benches of four facing each other. A bit tight but a chance to get to know one another. We had a great day

4.00Beach portion was beautiful but super busy. Line to get drinks and food would have taken hour to get through. Since you’re only there for short time there was no time for drinks and food

5.00Great tour with Alan as the driver and tour guide. He was really informative and shared his knowledge of Curaçao. We were only 3 participants to the tour that day, which was a bonus. We had a great day and really enjoyed our day with Alan. The company could accommodate for pick-up and if you stay in an Airbnb, they will manage to offer a pick-up at the closest hotel or resort. The tour included a free soda and a transat rental at the Cas Aboa Beach. I wish we could stay longer. I believe we stayed around 1 hour (and the line-up to get food was particularly long that day). We had a quick stop at Knip Beach and didn't get the chance to swim here but we could have an overview of the beach. It was packed that day. It was not too crowded at Playa Piskado, and we could spot some turtles. You can bring a reusable bottle since the mini-truck was loaded with a jug of water (really convenient and appreciated). I'm glad I picked this tour and really enjoyed it. It gave me a great overview of the island with a local guide.

5.00Initially informed there was no space left but they contacted me back to let me know they had changed things round. Picked up my Mike at the appointed time. Plenty of email confirmations beforehand. Only 5 of us on the open back jeep which was good. Easy to hear Mike's commentary which was useful and numerous throughout. Great guide. Enjoyed the turtle stop but more for the snorkeling at.the rocks. Snorkel gear well maintained and easy to use. Bit too commercialised with the local fishermen encouraging turtles in to the hoards. So swimming could be a bit dodgy as people flailing about! Loved the last beach. Left to get a bed and soft drink for 2 hours which was enough for us. Thoroughly enjoyed the day and Mike was an excellent host.

5.00Amazing day trip/tour! Mike and George were very accommodating, knowledgable, and fun!! We learned a lot about Curacao and enjoyed all the sights and beaches. Swimming with the sea turtles was definitely a highlight!
Ocean Encounters is the Best

5.00Ocean Encounters is the onsite dive shop at LionsDive. Their staff is excellent. We did the afternoon snorkeling and dive trips. It was nice for all of us to go out together whether we were snorkeling or scuba diving.

5.00Great way to learn about the Island from a local. You travel to the northern most point and see parts of the island from the local point of view. We were swimming with sea turtles and the flamingos were very cool
