5.00Professional, friendly staff. Good communication. Plenty of time to explore amazing underwater landscape. Environmentally friendly with lunch packed in reusable lunchboxes and water supplied in stainless steel drink bottles. Recommended.

5.00The base, located on the beach of Pondok Sari Beach Resort, is perfectly organized. The equipment is modern and the prices are moderate. Registration is fast and professional. All staff – from dive guides to boat guides – are top. I would like to mention the super nice ladies at the reception. The two are very helpful, knew our names immediately and welcomed us personally every day. You immediately felt comfortable. We liked the diving trips to Menjangan Island the best - we went to this great marine nature reserve five times. You start with the speedboat at 9 am and there are two dives on the program. At lunchtime you eat a little something on the boat. The coral landscapes are amazingly healthy and the fish abundance impressive. All guides are very dedicated, so every dive is a special experience. Our special thanks go to Tope and Rolly. Thank you very much for the great diving experiences! We have a 100% recommendation for the dive center with their great team.

5.00We rented gear for snorkeling around BioRock- Pemuteran beach and we subscribed for a snorkling trip to Menjangan. the Karang Divers team is clear, to the point and in for a joke it was a pleasure to join them on the excursion. They have eye for the safetey of the participants and make sure everybody is feeling well and nobody is left unsupervised when in the water. They assisted very well in finding the right gear for the activity. We had to change flippers due broken laces, it was done without discussion and swiftly. The snorkeling activity is 2X 1 hour , around Menjangan Island. When leaving the boat, we snorkle during 1hour in one direction. (so no floating around on the same spot for an hour ) which was nice. Lunch on the boat. Same for the second hour , we went with the boat to another location and we snorkled for an hour, accompanied by the team and lifebuoy.

5.00We went snorkeling with them at Menjangan Island. It's great to sail straight away from the beach and not have to spend half an hour in the car getting to the port. Everything was well arranged, beautiful boat with toilet on board. Tea, coffee and soft drinks available and a delicious lunch! Great guidance while snorkeling and the trip includes snorkeling equipment! Very friendly people so highly recommended!

5.00We were helped so much by TRI in selecting best place to go and equipment etc. the whole day was fun and informative. We loved the fact that they are heavily involved in preservation of the coral and they don’t advertise in mainland so small groups or individuals have better time and attention. Highly recommend

5.00Nice diving or snorkeling place with very kind people. Very professional and good diving equipement. A very good choice if you want to dive Menjangan Island or around. Corals are beautiful and you have good chances to see turtles (also for snorkeling trips) and reefsharks. They have a fast boat with toilets on board which I guess takes you to Menjangan quicker than other companies. I went diving with them for 2 days. On the first day I was the only diver on board (other companies don't go to Menjangan if there is only one diver).
Very clear water, not many people, long time snorkeling, fish and turtles !

4.00I went twice to Menjangan island with Karang Divers. The boat is easy to access from the beach. Each time, we were two teams, a diving team and a snorkeling team. Both teams have a monitor. The divers go first. Snorkeling is easy because you just go with the current, and the boat moves to pick you up down the flow. You have two snorkeling trips in two different spots. The snorkeling time is plenty enough to see a lot of things. The water is very, very clear. You can see at least 30 meters. There are hundreds of coral fish and we saw turtles each time. Because it is a restricted national park, there are not as many people as on Gilis islands. I have been snorkeling in Hawaii, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Maldives, Italy and France. This is one of the top 3 in my life. Karang Divers is a bit more expensive than other vendors in Pemuteran, but I don't know about the others. Finally, a warning for parents. The snorkeling time is long, the children must be good swimmers. The first time, I was with amazing Danish children. The second time, a child about 10 had difficulty.

5.00We had 3 days of diving with them and it was totally worth it. The staff is super kind and does whatever is needed for a great dive experience. The Menjangan Island 2-dive trip also includes a tasty and good portion lunch. They have spacious and fast boats. Dive guides are professional and love what they do. If you like small critters, don't miss the Jetty dive site. Thank you for everything.
