Throughout the year you will see 3 different species of turtles who come since centuries to the islands. A huge diversity of hard & soft corals. Common encounters will be honeycomb Murray Eel, sting rays, schools of fish, sometimes black tip sharks.
For those coming during summer our good friend the Whale Shark will definitely be around.

Enjoy a 25-minute boat trip to the beautiful Daymaniyat Islands, “ Nature Reserve”. The Islands are a sanctuary for birds and turtles to nest their eggs. Virtually everyone who comes here does so to dive. There are nine low, rocky little islets here, strung out in a line from east to west and clustered in three quite widely separated groups, surrounded by coral reefs. The islands have been protected as a nature reserve since 1996 and provide an important nesting site for hawksbill and green turtles, as well as a wide range of migratory birds including the increasingly rare sooty falcon, one of the few migratory raptors which actually nests and breeds in the region. 5.00This was a perfect activity for a short stay in Oman and an opportunity to see some of the country's stunning natural beauty. The tour was well organised and the staff were helpful and friendly, with clarity on departure/arrival times and offering snacks and water. The views of the reef and wildlife were wonderful and well worth seeing. Highly recommended.

5.00Unforgettable experience with turtles! 🐢 A real favorite! Everything was perfect from start to finish: the Mood on board was great, the captain (I think his name was Ahmed) was incredibly kind, very thoughtful and reassuring. We felt totally safe, and the organization was impeccable. The swimming with the turtles was magical, a moment suspended... Special mention for food: full of sandwiches, cool bottles of water, sweet snacks and ultra fresh fruit! Frankly, it was beyond my expectations. I recommend eyes closed ❤️

5.00Very cool tour, very well worth it! clear and warm water, many turtles, fish and little sharks. Boat, good equipment, very attentive staff with great snack. If you can, choose the morning time
