We booked the tour for the morning with an 8.30am pick up. They didn’t show and the only message I had recorded was confirmation the tour would go ahead. They didn’t send a message stating they wouldn’t be there nor a call which would have been a courtesy and my number is included in the booking details. We had to call them after waiting 20 mins past the time and they made an excuse saying they tried to inform us via the booking application. This can’t be the case as we received the confirmation of the pick up location and that the tour would go ahead in the morning. If they could send a confirmation of this which followed a message from me confirming the hotel then I do not understand why they left us waiting. We agree to change to the afternoon and that was a huge mistake. This was a terrible tour. We were first of all taken to Akashi beach - told it was very busy and we drove away. Then we were taken to a car park leading to another beach - not far along from where our hotel had beds but too far to use them so we sat on the sand. It was best beach we attended but a complete waste of time. We then got taken to a beach for snorkelling but they had limited equipment and they just drop you at the side of the road and let you wander alone. There is little guidance. We had more insight from a fellow swimmer. I had hoped this would be a luxury experience given the price and that was not the case. The adverts say you will also attend baby beach - we again drove there were told it’s busy and so not good and drove off. The advert states champagne would be included but the driver wasn’t aware of this so he stopped at a supermarket and tried to give us small bottles of wine and my husband refused this. No cups of glasses to drink from. Very off putting the driver didn’t know champagne was included. Champagne price tag but no champagne service. What a waste of money.

Trip was cancelled night before with no explanation. Trying to find another excursion that accommodates what we wanted and has availability within less than 24 hrs. So clearly not easy. Wouldn’t recommend considering the sketchy reliability.

This was a great tour. Lorry was super nice and we were so comfortable with her for the day. She took us to several locations and was willing to accommodate any requests we had or places we wanted to stop. Great way to experience the island and find the places you want to go back to on your own. Amazing day!

This tour was unbelievable! So fun, so personal, and wonderfully executed. Sorry was a fantastic, knowledgeable, and fun guide. She took us to incredible local places and experiences. Best snorkeling of our lives in Baby Beach! Beer, champagne, and local snacks / exotic fruits were an excellent plus!

Was good way to see local beaches. Sergio was cool, gave good context to what we were seeing. Liked it being private so we could pass on Baby beach cuz it was paaacked. Got to head back to hotel earlier/on time, when sometimes these excursions drag on for longer that we’d like.

Luis was so amazing. He took us around the whole island. He was extremely personable and pleasant. We went to 4 different beaches for snorkeling. The views were beautiful and beaches were pristine. We saw several sea turtles at Tres Trapi beach. Luis brought along some bread to feed the fish. This trip was super amazing.
