Located in beautiful Lyngen, the base camp is surrounded by breathtaking fjords, mountains, and islands. With a good distance from the city, you'll find minimal artificial light pollution—providing optimal conditions for viewing the northern lights.

Step into a Crystal Lavvo for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Sleep in a Lavvo heated by a wood-burning fireplace for an authentic Arctic experience. Equipped with a glass ceiling so you can keep an eye on the sky at all times—even from the comfort of your bed.

Enjoy the freedom of having the whole night to search for the northern lights from the warmth and coziness of your Lavvo. If you are lucky, you might even catch different “Releases” during the night.

one lavvo has accommodations for up to 4 people, but We never mix guests who don’t know each other in our Lavvos.

Please note that this is an adventure where you have to add wood to your wood oven yourself.

This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a full refund or a different date if possible

We may cancel this trip at any time due to weather or safety reasons. In this case, a full refund will be provided.

The pickup time from Tromsø and the drop-off time in Tromsø can be subject to change, therefore please plan for some extra time between activities and/or travel plans.

We do not sell alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own
