Guides Hugo and Alex made it a very pleasant experience from the beginning, they were always attentive and willing to help us and solve doubts, they shared in addition to their experience on the mountain the love of it. Highly responsible and committed in what they enjoy doing, the team they provided us with excellent quality and the food is the great cherry on the cake. I'm definitely back on a mountain with BlackBear. Thank you guys!!

Good morning...mixed feelings...first thankful to the one above🙏 and to the Mountain for welcoming us ,we treated the best weather to be able to summit....but first of all it has a logistics of the Trip and that everything goes well...you riffed it off in every detail, we were chiquitted, you were on the lookout for each one,truly Alex and Hugo ..I think I can say one of the best Guides that has your project,God bless them always and always have that love to the mountains ⛰️, keep bearing fruit so that other people remain in love with them 🙌.. infinite thanks!PD.then I bring you more banana bread 🤣

The best experience I have had so far in terms of the care and and experience of the guides. They attended us as queens and the recommendations made for the mountain, the acclimatization, as well as the pace and the route itself, was what allowed us to reach the top and descend to camp, successfully and in better conditions than expected. I loved the experience of the Nevado de Colima. The guides, excellent all the way. They informed us of everything we needed to achieve to be safe and united in the group. We were 15 people and 4 guides. The camp was fantastic. I recommend wearing good mountain clothes as it is cold at night. My next mountains will be with Black Bear!

It is a passionate agency with the experiences it offers, food during expeditions is the touch of the house, staff and guides are people who love their work. They would never understand the blessed vibe until they booked with Black Bear.
Really woow with the logistics and preparation of the guides as far as everything is needed in the mountains, 100% come back.
