  Absolutely fantastic. Such a unique experience. The guide was great, informative and really added to the experience. The glacier itself was such an incredible experience. The group was small and while there were others in the glacier we were alone and just able to enjoy the experience without it feeling touristy.

  The hike was led by experienced guides who have been doing this for many years. They were supportive in donning and doffing the equipment. Skill level easy to me and I’m an active senior. A must do when the weather is good 👍

  An impeccable experience in every respect. The organization has been taken care of in every detail, allowing us to enjoy the tour in total relaxation.   We were disappointed as experienced UK hikers to have to do the “easy” hike but this was only due to booking availability. Even though this was deemed an easy hike it is still shocking to see the idiocy of some tourists who think glacier hiking is a suitable place to show off their newest Nike Air Maxs. Unfortunately as with many spots this impacted our experience by delaying the group getting started and then the overall ground covered and experiences that could be had. The guide was very professional with the group but because of the above had to limit the walk to the “weakest member”. Some members were rude enough to take phone calls during talks about safety and about the glacier. The experience was set to be amazing and maybe with a more knowledgable / appropriate group this would have got 5* but I’m afraid the advertisement of an “easy hike” meant the other members ruined our experience. Our guide Raisa - she was very knowledgeable and her passion for not just the glacier but the outdoors in general shone through in her fact and discussions about the area. Unfortunately it seems the minimum standards should be upped to allow the guides to maximise their role and potential to customers
