5.00Incredible time on the glacier with Oskar! He was extremely knowledgeable about the glaciers and caves and we never felt rushed at all. I would recommend him highly!! This tour was the best we have had so far!!

4.00The awesomeness of the glacier doesn’t need a review, but what does, is the guide. Daniel was as awesome. Interested friendly knowledgeable clear & precise instructions happy, & best of all, empathetic & inclusive. A member of the group was under prepared clothing wise & unsettled. Daniel handled the situation with tact & kindness.

5.00The small group size of six was great for our group of four. The experience of getting on a glacier and climbing down into ice caves was so amazing and such a unique experience. The views are breathtaking and something that needs to be seen in person. The tour was only made better by our guide Eliska who you could tell was very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. Would definitely recommend!

1.00My flight was delayed due to weather. Attempted to contact the tour through the only means provided, no phone number given through booking confirmation. Messaged two hours prior to tour start communicating that my group would be 15 minutes late. Asked whether we should complete the 2 1/2 hour drive to the meeting spot, or if it would be too late to join the excursion. No response. Got to the meeting location and was told that everybody had checked in so the tour left. Giving the guide the benefit of the doubt that we were counted as present when we definitely were not, but very disappointed that there was no communication and no refund given. Even partial refund would have been appreciated and understood. We were given nothing, not even a sorry for leaving without you and having no communication. Don’t book this tour unless you are absolutely sure 100% there will be no delays in your travel. They will leave without you and they will not refund you for this expensive tour.
