• A glorious evening and food-to-table experience on a true Italian family farm. An absolute hidden gem of a tour!!

  My partner and I just spent a wonderful vacation on the Amalfri Coast and I was surprised by how many others on this tour sort of stumbled into it last minute as an option to fill the evening. We had done our homework and I was pretty confident we had truly found a hidden gem in all the many possible activities available, and I have to say it wildly exceeded even my highest expectations! The farm itself (about a 30 min bus ride from Sorrento) was spectacular growing a little bit of most every fruit and vegetable imaginable on 100 acres of rich trestled farmland... but yes.. mostly lemons.. so many lemons! The farm is run almost entirely by one family that does all the work as well as provides the tour and we were so impressed by their hospitality and treating us like welcomed family from the moment we arrived. We were treated to a walking tour of the farm learning how they grow the various crops and livestock and their commitment to zero waste and sustainability. Honestly I still can't quite figure how one relatively small family can do THAT much work plus provide the tours but they seem to pull it off amazingly well! Following the tour we were treated to tastings of various farm grown olive oil, lemonade and bread before being led into the dining area for dinner. I cannot speak for the morning tour (we did the evening one) but the description of a "light lunch/ dinner" is totally misleading.. we were essentially served an entire dinner cooked by the family matriarch and and her son-in-law of multiple courses, plenty of wine and of course limoncello to accompany our deserts! (Our future plans for dinner that night quickly became unnecessary!!) The tour finished with options to purchase numerous items grown there on the farm (which most everybody did) and then the bus ride back to Sorrento. As I'd stated I was extremely surprised at just how much this tour offered and how scenic and wonderful the entire experience was for such a relatively low cost and I'm confident nearly everyone on the tour felt the same way. There's not a single negative thing to say about this tour except that it's just sort of tucked away among all the numerous tour options competing or your time (and money) making it a bit harder to spot and the description just doesn't do justice to what a great experience it was! Don't let this opportunity pass you by when visiting the area, you'll be immensely glad you did it!

  It was great experienced in the farm, the owners/guide was really kind, funny, accommodating, they took care of us. We have learned so much about olives, lemon and more about their farm. Amazing food and drinks also! Totally recommended 😊

  This was an amazing experience and our favorite activity in Sorrento. The family owned farm is beautiful and we learned so much about it. Then “light” lunch was several courses and the group cheers with limoncello made on the farm was so fun. Definitely worth going.
