5.00I was in town in Lexington for a quick weekend. This activity popped up as a suggestion on Expedia. I took advantage and went on a Saturday (special full moon) sound bath. I went, and it was the most relaxing and incredible experience. I loved everything about it. I loved it so much, I took my 17-year-old son with me the following evening. We both had a fantastic experience. We both agreed that if we lived in Lex, it would be a great activity we'd love to do on a Sunday night to clear the stress and prepare us for a new week. If you're thinking this might be fun, pull the trigger and go! You won't regret it.

5.00This was our 1st ever sound bath experience, and it was absolutely amazing! I went into it with an open mind and hoping I would be able to learn to relax. Amy was incredible! She provided a beautiful, comforting setting with the power of sounds. As someone who struggles with racing thoughts and inability to relax, I was able to let go and just "be". I am definitely planning on returning and would recommend this experience to everyone. Thank you Amy!

5.00I had a truly amazing experience with my sound bath with Pete and his handpans! I came in stressed and full of doubt and left feeling lighter and up lifted full of positivity! The passion and intention that the sound practitioners here put behind there soundbaths are what sets them apart from others,it's there life's mission to spread love and healing,I am forever grateful for my experience and cant wait to go back again every week! If you haven't been here your really missing out ,it's a must try experience that will better your quality of life

5.00The Sounds Healing was well explained, very resporative, and well worth experiencing. The variety of available place to experience the healing was welcome, and all modes were being used in our session. While I prefer the floor, the hammocks and swings were popular. While there were many in attendance, it did not detract from the experience. I also appreciate that the instructor took time afterwards to answer questions and demonstrate some of the instruments used.

1.00The tickets stated no elevator but we didn’t get the tickets until after the free cancellation date. No fair! Can’t do stairs!!

5.00Fascinating experience. I'm familiar with sound-baths, but each practitioner does it their own way. Amy's way worked well for me. I was in a hypnogogic state nearly instantly with the crystal bowls. First time in a hanging chair which was pleasant.
10/10 BOOK this!!

5.00100% will be doing this again soon! I was finally able to relax! My mind and body feel much better after the sound healing bath from Amy. She was fantastic and I recommend everyone try a sound bath at least once! I’ll be a regular for sure!

5.00I've never been to the sound Healing Center of Lexington, when my niece asked me if I would like to go for a sound bath. When we entered the building, I was so taken with the brick walls. I don't know how old the building is but the walls were very authentic. I was welcomed, shown where I could sit, the blankets that they provided were so warm and cozy. I can't wait to go back as this was such a wonderful experience!

5.00Being first timers, we did not know what to expect. The experience was beyond! If we lived in Lexington, we would do this every week! I went with my 13 year-old daughter, and she was also impressed. The sound musicians were professional musicians, and meditation leaders. The room was beautifully appointed. We chose to meditate in the hanging hammocks. Such a unique experience. Highly recommend!
