Are you ready for an extraordinary adventure? Join us on our South Coast tour, where you'll be immersed in a world of breathtaking beauty at every turn.
As we travel south, we'll see stunning glaciers, farmlands, and volcanoes on one side, and the beautiful shimmer of the Westman Islands on the other.
We'll visit the famous Seljalandsfoss waterfall. If the weather is good, we can walk behind the water and feel its power. We'll also see Gljúfrabúi, depending on the weather. Next, we'll go to Skógarfoss, a huge waterfall that drops 60 meters.
Then, we'll reach Vík í Mýrdal, a popular town, where we'll stop for lunch. After that, we'll visit the black sand beaches of Reynisfjara and enjoy the unique scenery.
We'll follow the Viking Trail along the coast to Sólheimajökull glacier, where we’ll get close to the ice and enjoy the view before heading back to Reykjavik. Glacier hikes are not included.
You'll enjoy this day of exploring in a small group, traveling comfortably in a minibus.

5.00Amazing day out and worth every ISK. Bjorn 'the Guide' made it memorable. He obviously knows the island like the back of his hand and re-ordered the day so that we got the best out of every spectacular stop. He was funny, engaging, and helped us to understand so much more about beautiful Iceland. Whatever he recommends - go with it - from turnip soup to Loki Cafe. The South tour was a highlight for us - well paced with an appropriate amount of time at each site. Bjorn is a legend. Would certainly recommend EastWest.

5.00We had a fantastic South Coast tour with our guide, Martin. Everything was incredibly well organized, and he moved the day along smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Even though the group was full and the itinerary was packed, the day never felt overwhelming or too long. Martin was pleasant, professional, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Iceland!

5.00Definitely a tour to recommend as experiencing the beauty of the South Coast shouldn’t be missed. Did see many mesmerizing spots and was able to capture some good shots. Did see the vulcano that erupted in 2010, amazing waterfalls (weather was really in our favour), skógafoss was really impressive as well. Vík and the black sand beach were really special, and the icing on the cake was seeing a marvelous glacier. Special thanks to David who was reslly professional, knowledgeable and engaging throughout the day.

5.00Seated to do the coast tour instead of the circle it paid off as the sights and experiences were amazing. The trip was well organised and you are constantly communicated too about the day and what you are seeing. The tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave a full introduction to himself at the start which is great. Leroy delivered a fun packed day with lots of information and stories along the way. The highlight was Black Sands Beach with its dramatic coastline and raging Atlantic Ocean (lunch was good too recommend the Ham and Cheese Roll) and visiting Vik. It would have been nice to have more time there to see more of the town but a good spot for some great photos.

5.00Another fabulous day out with the EastWest team, this time heading to the South Coast with Leroy. What made the trip extra special was the learning and friendship along the way. Leroy is an excellent guide with a great storytelling style — engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate. He’s truly a talented person. A plus: I absolutely loved his music playlist too — it added so much to the journey. Highly recommended to request for Leroy. You’ll definitely enjoy your trip!

5.00We enjoyed today a trip with EINAR - he was a fantastic guide. He did a lot of explanation with lots of background knowledge and humor. He adapted the tour to get the best out of it for us - based on the weather and other tourist buses. It was a wonderful experience and we would always go again with EastWest and particularly with Einar.

4.00It was a nice tour we saw a lot of very cool sites. Probably would have been better to see in the summer with more daylight. When you asked the tour guide a question, sometimes it felt like he was annoyed at you for asking it.
