Once a passenger has booked a journey from Southampton Cruise Port, we send a confirmation email with all pickup and journey information. On pickup date and time, our driver hold passenger name board by the Cruise disembarking gate. Meet & Greet service by the arrival gates at Southampton Cruise Port
Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.
Cruise pickups include 60 mins free waiting time from your scheduled pickup. If additional waiting is required, charges apply: £15 (0–15m), £20 (16–30m), £25 (31–45m), £30 (46–60m), £40 (61–90m).

5.00Vladimir was an excellent driver and was extremely easy to work with for our pickup from Southampton. He contacted me the afternoon before via text and whatsapp to introduce himself. Just excellent, excellent, communication! Very nice and clean commuter van. He loaded all the luggage for us. Can't say enough nice about him. Would highly recommend and would gladly use him again.

Worst Experience Ever with Transportation

1.00This was absolutely the worst experience. The driver did not greet us at arrivals and no contact information was given ahead of time. I got a text after our pickup time. The driver was on TikTok and almost got in 3 wrecks. Then stopped at a gas station and disappeared for 15 minutes (he did not get gas). I have booked transportation for travel many times and never had such a bad experience.
