Initially, the communication with the company started out well. After confirming 8 passengers with luggage from the cruise port to our hotel in London the day before our transfer was to take place, I felt sure all would go well. However, this quickly changed when our driver arrived. He was very rude. He started hollering at us in front of other passengers. He started taking videos of other passengers with their luggage. I called the main office. They said they would get him to stop speaking that way to us. However, they would only take 6 of the 8 of our group. The company “offered” to send a second vehicle at a cost of £265 for the other 2, after we had already paid for 8. I asked for a refund for the cost of the two displaced riders, but the company refused to respond. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our ship was late docking and Kevin & the Company were extremely accommodating in changing our pickup time and even having to wait for us after the agreed time. The transfer was efficient and handled 4 of us along with 11 pieces of luggage. We could not have asked for a better experience.

On time. Easy to find. Great ride. Driver was very helpful with luggage bot at the port and at the hotel where we were dropped off.

All went well. Driver was friendly, on time and his vehicle was clean and comfortable. It’s wonderful that he held a sign with my name on it to locate him easily.
