Meet & Greet service by the arrival gates at Southampton Cruise Port

Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.

Cruise pickups include 60 mins free waiting time from your scheduled pickup. If additional waiting is required, charges apply: £15 (0–15m), £20 (16–30m), £25 (31–45m), £30 (46–60m), £40 (61–90m).

This was absolutely the worst experience. The driver did not greet us at arrivals and no contact information was given ahead of time. I got a text after our pickup time. The driver was on TikTok and almost got in 3 wrecks. Then stopped at a gas station and disappeared for 15 minutes (he did not get gas). I have booked transportation for travel many times and never had such a bad experience.

Booking was easy. This driver seems nice, however, the car is very tight for 5 people with luggages which was what we booked and indicated. The two trips we took earlier the week with the same company with the same 5 people and luggages, the vans were roomy and plenty of leg room. For this one, driver had to fold down the back row seats to fit luggages and we were sitting very tight for the 2 hour trip to London downtown. Wish they had send the more roomy van.

I booked a people carrier car on the US site. The picture shows a van to carry 5 people and room for 4 large suitcases. When we were picked up at Southampton Cruise Terminal we were met with a Peugeot MPV. Luckily there were only 2 of us, because there were only 4 passenger seats. One suitcase had to go up in the front seat. Be aware that you will be getting UK size vehicles!!!! Small and not to US size comparisons.
