Our kitchen is located in a historic building: a 16th century flour windmill in the heart of Palma de Mallorca which we have brought back to life.
At MOLTAK we celebrate life as reflected in the kitchen. Where the main ingredients are the stories shared as we linger around the stove, appetisers in hand, and set simple tables. Moments that create sparks, that matter, all cooked together with love and a touch of adventure.
Because there has always been a lot of life in the kitchen. A lot of all things good. A lot of joy, a lot to cheer, a lot of flavour, and a lot of laughter. And all that, is what we want to share with you
We love sharing our knowledge for local food, culture and our beautiful island. Participants will elaborate the menu with the help of our hosts. After the cooking session, we will eat together enjoying the best atmosphere and nice wine.

Our hands-on cooking experience in a historic building: an old flour windmill from the 16th century that we have brought back to life. Aprons on, we will dive into our culture cooking all together a 5 dish full menu on a journey all around our country and back to Mallorca. Through our kitchen, we will travel to different parts of Spain, taste traditional flavors and discover the secrets hidden in the preparation of the culinary icons of our culture. Vivan, Ricc, María or Luís, will guide you into the “classic” of every home and the tricks our mums and grandmothers use in the kitchen. Tasty easy to make recipes that you can take home so you can surprise friends & family: local "sobrasada" appetizer, the authentic "tortilla", tradicional "paella" and "Catalan cream". All cooked with loats of love and a pinch of adventure! We turn the process into a fun, team working and accessible session, so that our guests enjoy their time together and feel secure and able to repeat the menus back home. After the cooking session, we will sit together at our big dining table and experience the love for the emotional, social and festive component of the Mediterranean table

What a terrific find! From the explanations to the incredible, delicious menu itself, the experience was wonderful. Vivian gave everyone the confidence to participate and have a great time, and the food was all delicious. Highly recommend.

My husband and I went to Moltak on our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations! Chef Vivian was an amazing teacher and made the experience so enjoyable! I have challenging food allergies and felt so safe at Moltak. The team was so accommodating and aware. It was an overall incredible experience in a beautiful space! Highly recommend!

Maria is an exceptional cooking teacher with a true passion for the food she creates. An amazing location and kitchen also added to the wonderful atmosphere where everyone was made to feel welcome.

Vivian taught an amazing cooking class! She was so nice and helpful and made us all feel welcomed. This is an amazing, fun experience where you can make traditional Mallorca food and interact with others. I would 100% do this again! The food was phenomenal which is a plus.

What a fantastic experience! We came with our best friends and travel buddies. The group was so friendly and fun! Ricardo was an excellent chef and teacher. He made everything fun and entertaining for all. The food we made was delicious and everyone participated. By the end of the evening we felt like we had made new friends. This is the second cooking class we have taken when traveling and we loved it. The location, the Windmill Kitchen, is beautiful and unique. I highly recommend this experience for everyone from beginner cooks to experienced cooks. You will not regret it!

Unreal experience. Would recommend to anyone going to Palma. Our instructor, Laura, was amazing, friendly, and easy to follow. You get unlimited access to the fridge filled with wines, beer, water, soda, etc. The food was to die for and we will be recreating everything when we get home!
