National Museum of Ghana

(¡¡) Day Two: From Accra drive to Cape Coast and Elmina, visiting the two castles and fishing market at Elmina. Stopping route at hands cottage to have fun and lunch in a company of friendly crocodiles. Spend the second night at Elmina/ Hands cottage (¡¡¡) On the third day, we tour the Kakum National Park where there are many trees and bird species. Take a walk on the canopy walkway and enjoy some fresh cocoa fruits and coconut water in the heart of a dense forest. Have lunch at Kakum Park and stay overnight at Elmina / beach resort

Depart Day 4 after breakfast, drive from Cape Coast to Kumasi. visit several interesting places, including the handicraft villages of Ntonso, Odomankoma Cultural village and Bonwire . have lunch and dinner in Kumasi. Spend the 4th night at Kumasi.

Visit the home of the hand printed cotton fabric know as ADINKRA where you have first hand experience. Learn the traditional Ghanaian drumming and dancing

Manhyia Palace Museum

Spend Day 5, touring the city of Kumasi including the following places : visit the historical Manhyia palace and museum to learn more about the great Asante Kingdom. Visit the historical cultural village to learn about the history of the famous kente cloth. The tour continues to cocoa farm where you will learn the history of cocoa in Ghana and you can taste some fresh cocoa fruits if you like. Spend the 5 night at lake Bosomtwi

Kumasi Fort - Ghana Armed Forces Museum

Visit the Red Fort to in Kumasi to learn about the Sagrenti War of 1873 when Kumasi was razed to the ground through burning by British colonial. Relics on display from the Asante wars , Congo Crisis as well as Ghana's post independence era.

Lake Bosumtwi

Spend Day 6, touring the environs of lake Bosomtwi. Lake Bosomtwi is the only natural lake in Ghana and its origin is shrouded in mystery. Enjoy swimming you you wish . Have fun and lunch . Spend the 6 nights at lake site.

Accra Mall

On Day 7, after breakfast, we drove slowly back to Accra . The journey is approximately 4-5 hours drive. There is an option of flight from Kumasi to Accra which is only 20-30 minutes flight.
