Meet your local guide in the park and start with a pleasant train ride around the Upper Lakes. Your licensed guide is a professional with more than 10 years of experience. Together with our guide in the lead, we start with our tour by exploring the series of twelve interconnected lakes called the Upper Lakes (Gornja Jezera). The lakes also change color depending on the mineral composition of the water and the microorganisms living in them. This process ensures that the Plitvice Lakes are continually evolving. We’ll continue making our way through the fascinating landscape of the park until we reach the boat that will transport us to the Lower Lakes (Donja Jezera).

5.00The trip to the Plitvice Lakes was amazing. The driver Ivan was excellent, we felt very safe with him driving. The local guide Mikala was extremely knowledgeable about the lakes. The waterfalls are some of the best I have ever seen. Such beautiful pristine scenery. A wonderful day trip from Split.

5.00Vinko made the best of a bad situation: torrential downpour almost the entire trip. He kept our spirits up and took us to a very pleasant cafe afterward. Although he took us a new route home that turned out to be torn up for construction, he got us home safely. Thanks for an adventure, Vinko!

5.00Went with Pave and had a fabulous time!! Got us to the park early and with ease, let us relax in the car, gave excellent recommendations of what to do while we were visiting Split, and even took us to an incredible spot for roasted Lamb!

5.00Andrea was our driver and was very knowledgeable about history and geography of Croatia. Her vehicle was clean and very comfortable. At Plitvice park our private guide was Lazar. It was great to be with our own guide vs a large group. He was knowledgeable and knows how to find all of the places we wanted to see. The park is a very special place with the turquoise lakes and big waterfalls. Croatia tours was very responsive with questions and in touch quickly with trip details. I highly recommend using this company for your travels in Croatia.

5.00The natural beauty in Plitvice Lakes National Park will feed your soul! It got crowded and in the afternoon, but the morning was so calm and peaceful, listening to all the water sounds and being surrounded by the turquoise lakes!
