  Yohan is THE BEST!!! He is very efficient, always on time, always courteous and very friendly. He knows ALL of Sri Lanka too to bottom. He gave us very good tips and made sure we saw everything we wanted to… he organised things like tickets and seats and dinners, and made sure we had the best times and positions for all. He made our trip very enjoyable. We miss him a lot and would definitely call him a good friend after our holiday. We would strongly recommend him to everyone.   If you’re planning a trip to Sri Lanka and want a driver who is kind, professional, flexible, and wonderful with children – Kaveen from Travelnlanka is the one. We are an Australian family of 2 adults and 2 children (aged 7 and 9) who have just had the most wonderful experience travelling through Sri Lanka with Kaveen as our driver. From the very beginning, he made everything feel easy, relaxed, and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived at the airport, Kaveen went above and beyond – greeting us with lovely shell necklaces for our whole family. Kaveen was absolutely fantastic with our kids. He was warm, patient, and fun, instantly putting them at ease and making them feel included in the adventure. His professionalism was outstanding. His car was always spotless – and the fresh flowers each day were a lovely detail that we really appreciated. He was a very careful driver, we always felt safe and relaxed with him behind the wheel. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Kaveen was incredibly flexible and easygoing, always happy to adjust plans, make stops, or accommodate whatever we needed along the way. What really stood out was how much Kaveen genuinely cared about making our experience special. His local knowledge, calm nature, and positive attitude made every day feel smooth and relaxed. • Memorable experience with our driver Sandun

  Before embarking on this trip I read many reviews for a local tour guide/driver. 1 name stood out @Sandun Imalsha from @TravelnLanka. From the initial WhatsApp messages with Sandun communication was easy, clear and responsive. Upon greeting us at the airport, Sandun made us feel welcome and relaxed. Sandun’s knowledge across the board was exceptional. All recommendations he made for tours, meals and places to visit could not be faulted. Over the many klms travelled we laughed a lot. Sandun drove with skill and confidence even when navigating chaotic traffic, winding and steep roads. The van was new with air conditioning. Sandun took pride in keeping the van immaculate. The van was cleaned daily with a fresh restock of bottled water. Sandun is an intelligent young man with many great qualities. He was punctual and reliable at all times. Things that stood out for us was his professionalism, neat presentation, calmness, easygoing nature and good sense of humour. By the end of our trip we all felt that Sandun was not just our driver but an additional travel companion and friend made for life. If you are planning a trip to Sri Lanka, I highly recommend Sandun. • Our driver, Dinesh, totally made our holiday!

  We used Dinesh, our driver from Travelnlanka for 8 days of our 3 weeks trip to Sri Lanka in February - he was fantastic and totally made our holiday - so informative, helpful and kind. Our two girls aged 9 and 11 loved hanging out with him and made them feel safe. Dinesh was brilliant going recommendations and tips, plus organising additional visits which we hadn’t even considered and really made our trip extra special. He had a lovely, comfortable Toyota minivan and drive carefully throughout. Would fully recommend.

  Just had seven days with Kaveen as driver and he was exceptionally great in all ways.We saw and did everything we wanted plus more and Kaveen humour and friendly manner and help in every way made this a fantastic trip.I would recommend this company to anyone travelling to Sri Lanka.They also have the Dutch Canal retreat hotel in Negombo which is how we got on to them .That is great hotel . We came here with not much preplanned but Kaveen made this a wonderful holiday

  just waned to share our Sri Lanka experience and our fabulous driver for those wondering who to book and where to go. Sandun Imalsha aka WOODY is the man!! We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the moment we met him he was kind, professional and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. His local knowledge was amazing and thanks to him our days were always packed with brilliant things to see and do that we never would have found on our own. A special mention as well for how patient and reassuring he was with one of our friends travelling with us, who can be a nervous passenger. He drove so calmly and safely that it really helped her relax and enjoy the journey. Because of that, I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation to anyone travelling with children or anyone who is a nervous passenger - you will feel completely safe and looked after. If you’re visiting Sri Lanka and looking for a driver, book him without hesitation. Friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, very affordable and genuinely one of the nicest people you could meet. He truly made our trip so much better and became a good friend by the end of our trip. Unfortunately, due to the current situation we’ve ended up stranded in Sri Lanka, and even outside of our original trip plans he has continued to help us assisting with things like food shopping, getting supplies, and helping us arrange our Airbnb. That level of kindness and support goes far beyond what you would ever expect from a driver and we are incredibly grateful. Thank you again for everything woody!   We spent a full week in Sri Lanka with Kavishka as our driver and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He is an excellent driver – very safe, calm, and professional – which made all of our travels feel comfortable and relaxed. Kavishka was always punctual and often arrived even earlier than the agreed time. He was incredibly helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed during our trip. One thing that truly impressed us was his kindness and care. One morning I wanted to go for a run at 5:00 AM while it was still dark. Kavishka woke up early and stayed nearby the entire time to make sure I was safe, since I was a bit worried about running alone in the dark. That meant a lot to us. We highly recommend Kavishka to anyone looking for a reliable, careful, and professional driver in Sri Lanka. We are extremely happy with our experience.   Fantastic company, very informative, answered all our questions beforehand with clear pricing. Our driver Ayesh made our trip to Sri Lanka very special. Nothing was too much trouble for Ayesh, for example; he booked us an Ayerverdic massage and train tickets and frequently acted as an interpreter. Ayesh even accompanied us on our hike up Pidurangala rock & Diyaluma Falls and helped me in some of the more difficult parts. He pointed out interesting things on our tour be it parts of Sri Lankan culture or information about the wildlife or nature we encountered. He was extremely kind, a very responsible driver & good humoured. We always felt safe & looked after & did not feel like we had to constantly chat on our journey as he respected our quiet times. Ayesh made our trip something special as he took away any uncertainty & anxiety so that we could fully relax & enjoy the beautiful country that is Sri Lanka. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both Ayesh & Travelnlanka and would give them 10/10.
