  We used Dinesh, our driver from Travelnlanka for 8 days of our 3 weeks trip to Sri Lanka in February - he was fantastic and totally made our holiday - so informative, helpful and kind. Our two girls aged 9 and 11 loved hanging out with him and made them feel safe. Dinesh was brilliant going recommendations and tips, plus organising additional visits which we hadn’t even considered and really made our trip extra special. He had a lovely, comfortable Toyota minivan and drive carefully throughout. Would fully recommend.

  After an incredible journey through Sri Lanka, I can confidently say that choosing Travelnlanka was one of the best decisions we made for this trip. A huge and heartfelt thank you to our driver-guide, Yohan, who truly made this experience unforgettable. What started as a shorter itinerary turned into a full month of adventure, and Yohan was there every step of the way—always flexible, patient, and incredibly attentive to our needs. His knowledge of the country, culture, and hidden gems made every day special. He adapted seamlessly to our changes, gave great recommendations, and always ensured our family was comfortable and safe. Traveling with kids can sometimes be challenging, but Yohan made everything easy and enjoyable. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country, but it’s the people who make it truly exceptional—and Yohan is a perfect example of that warmth and hospitality.   Great trip with Kaveen from travelnlanka. Great driver and guide who gave us everything we wanted to see and experience plus more.Very humorous and friendly and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend travelnlanka and Kaveen to anyone coming to Sri Lanka.

  Just had seven days with Kaveen as driver and he was exceptionally great in all ways.We saw and did everything we wanted plus more and Kaveen humour and friendly manner and help in every way made this a fantastic trip.I would recommend this company to anyone travelling to Sri Lanka.They also have the Dutch Canal retreat hotel in Negombo which is how we got on to them .That is great hotel . We came here with not much preplanned but Kaveen made this a wonderful holiday

  just waned to share our Sri Lanka experience and our fabulous driver for those wondering who to book and where to go. Sandun Imalsha aka WOODY is the man!! We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the moment we met him he was kind, professional and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. His local knowledge was amazing and thanks to him our days were always packed with brilliant things to see and do that we never would have found on our own. A special mention as well for how patient and reassuring he was with one of our friends travelling with us, who can be a nervous passenger. He drove so calmly and safely that it really helped her relax and enjoy the journey. Because of that, I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation to anyone travelling with children or anyone who is a nervous passenger - you will feel completely safe and looked after. If you’re visiting Sri Lanka and looking for a driver, book him without hesitation. Friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, very affordable and genuinely one of the nicest people you could meet. He truly made our trip so much better and became a good friend by the end of our trip. Unfortunately, due to the current situation we’ve ended up stranded in Sri Lanka, and even outside of our original trip plans he has continued to help us assisting with things like food shopping, getting supplies, and helping us arrange our Airbnb. That level of kindness and support goes far beyond what you would ever expect from a driver and we are incredibly grateful. Thank you again for everything woody!   We spent a full week in Sri Lanka with Kavishka as our driver and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He is an excellent driver – very safe, calm, and professional – which made all of our travels feel comfortable and relaxed. Kavishka was always punctual and often arrived even earlier than the agreed time. He was incredibly helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed during our trip. One thing that truly impressed us was his kindness and care. One morning I wanted to go for a run at 5:00 AM while it was still dark. Kavishka woke up early and stayed nearby the entire time to make sure I was safe, since I was a bit worried about running alone in the dark. That meant a lot to us. We highly recommend Kavishka to anyone looking for a reliable, careful, and professional driver in Sri Lanka. We are extremely happy with our experience.   Fantastic company, very informative, answered all our questions beforehand with clear pricing. Our driver Ayesh made our trip to Sri Lanka very special. Nothing was too much trouble for Ayesh, for example; he booked us an Ayerverdic massage and train tickets and frequently acted as an interpreter. Ayesh even accompanied us on our hike up Pidurangala rock & Diyaluma Falls and helped me in some of the more difficult parts. He pointed out interesting things on our tour be it parts of Sri Lankan culture or information about the wildlife or nature we encountered. He was extremely kind, a very responsible driver & good humoured. We always felt safe & looked after & did not feel like we had to constantly chat on our journey as he respected our quiet times. Ayesh made our trip something special as he took away any uncertainty & anxiety so that we could fully relax & enjoy the beautiful country that is Sri Lanka. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both Ayesh & Travelnlanka and would give them 10/10.

  We just came home after an absolutely amazing experience traveling Sri Lanka for 12 days! I was given the Travelnlanka contact through a friend who highly recommended them for their world class service. And what a trip! We are a family of four, kids 11 and 16 and we travelled with Sandun (the most amazing guide, driver and extended family member you can imagine) to 7 overnight stops. Everything was perfect. We came with a standard itinerary where we booked hotels ourselves and then Sandun took over and guided us through so many great excursions and adventures! Great new car, cleaned every day, and many small tokens to make us feel at home ❤️ We are very well travelled family who lives as expats in Asia so we dare to say we have a lot to benchmark with. This trip is right up there in the top tier! The kindness of everybody at Travelnlanka, simple prep via WhatsApp, amazingly nice laidback attitude and the splendid work done by Sandun is top class. I cannot recommend it enough! Ps. They also have a nice new small bungalow hotel just opened in Negumbo which is perfect for your start / stop of travel, especially if you have the late arrivals and departures! Thank you for a great trip!!!

  Absolutely amazing experience with our Tour Guide Sandun from TravelnLanka. He made our experience better than we could have ever imagined. From first pick up we had a guide that shared interesting facts on Sri Lanka, taught us the important Sinhalese phrases and making us immediately feel at home. His English is great, he is young, energetic, friendly and great company for the beautiful journey around Sri Lanka. He created a full itinerary perfectly suited for us, while also providing good options along the way. If we ever visit SL again, Sandun will always be our first call. Highly Recommend!!
