Rebecca and Courtney were very knowledgeable friendly and approachable. My sis and I had a fabulous time. We saw a bald eagle, blue herons, egrets, gators and a Manatee. The tour on the st John's river was peaceful. Beautiful weather. Other patrons were nice. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend.

Experience was ok. But Viator charged extra $15 for the service ?? I could have bought the tickets at the site. Also they could not find my reservation - good I could prove to them it was on my phone.

Saw about 10 gators, some baby gators, a bunch of birds, and lots of cool foliage. Didn't see any manatees unfortunately (the folks the day before did I know), but it was still wonderful.

We had such a great day. We started with the river tour and finished with a walk along the water. Absolutely beautiful. Saw alligators and manatees

The cruise was very good. The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to point out different wildlife, mostly birds and alligators, give information about them, and also a little history of the area. The one big important thing, though, is to know this is not about manatees. They are difficult to see in the dark river water. You may get a glimpse but you probably won't see one. That being said, I would definitely recommend this excursion.
Fun day full of Florida wildlife viewing!

Truly enjoyed our 2 hour scenic boat trip. Saw all kinds of Florida wildlife… gators, manatees, turtles, hawks and water fowl. Great tour guide, very informative and knowledgeable! Wonderful day!

You can move around once the boat has pulled away from the dock to see everything. The boat captain had a lot of interesting facts to share. Also very humorous and tongue in cheek. The river and the landscape spectacular Andy got us up close as much as possible to see birds and animals.

It was a beautiful boat ride. Great guide. We didn't see any manatees but wasn't surprised because of the time of year. Saw some gators and lots of birds. We'll worth the time and money

It's a lot of the same, at some point you did see the one particular species of bird. The environment you sail through and the park is beautiful.

Went with a friend from LA. Went early, luckily it rained heavily as soon as we got in to the boat not when we were waiting. Waters are dark really can’t see any in the water, we thought Spring waters will be clear. We didn’t go a big distance for 2hr trip, basically it went very slowly and also halted if there is little activity of Mentees but they only did diving so didn’t see the whole animal. We did spotted some gators swim by. No new birds at all. All are what I see at the pond next to my house except one or 2. We spotted one Mantee in front of the boat diving asked the captain to stop for a while as he was doing on others request but he just drove. Hope the Mantee was not hurt. I guess they know better. It’s good trip but don’t go with high expectations.
