On the way to the first stop, we drive through Basseterre, the capital of Saint Kitts. There will be views of some of the oldest buildings in Basseterre including Berkeley Memorial (home of the circus), Independence Square (Previously known as Pal Mal Square), Co-Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, St. George's Anglican Church, The National Museum, and Her Majesty’s Prison.

5.00Great tour with a small group. It is an incredible view from Brimstone Hill! Beautiful island. I liked the fact that we were asked by our guide if we wanted to spend more time at the attractions or the beach. Very flexible, we saw the sites and still had plenty of beach time. Great pictures from Brimstone Hill! I would definitely recommend this tour!

5.00Dijon our guide gave us a wonderful informative tour of the entire island- he didn’t rush us. We had the best of both worlds because at the end he dropped us off at Frigate Bay Beach and came back and picked us up two hours later. Highly recommended tour! And he gave us a wonderful island snack too!

5.00This tour takes you around the entire island where you will learn about the vast history, observe beautiful viewpoints, and have some relaxation time. Our tour guide, Champ, is well educated in the history of the island and will keep you engaged. At the cruise terminal, we waited 30 minutes for another couple who never showed up. The first part of the tour takes you through Independence Square, where you will learn about the history of slavery on the island. We continue travelling northernly up the west side of the island to our first stop, Romney Manor. Here you will observe the beautiful gardens and have a chance to observe a Batik clothing dye demonstration. The next stop is Brimstone Hill Fortress where you can expect to spend at least an hour wandering through the Fort and learning of its dark and intense history. On the way to the next stop, Black Rocks, we stop at a viewpoint that allows you to see the clashing waves from the two seas. On the walk to the Black Rocks formation you will have views of Mount Liamuiga and a chance for souvenir shopping and refreshments. Next stop on the list is one of the best viewpoints in the Caribbean, Timothy Hill Overlook. You will spend a few minutes here and if time permits continue to South Friar’s Beach. We had an hour to experience the mountainous backdrops and eat at a restaurant on the beach, albeit expensive. The tour finishes with a scenic drive back to the port. 4.00Our guide from tour provider CAC Taxi was good but her sound system was not adequate. Pickup was prompt and EZ from our cruise ship. The needed AC worked well and there were only 4 of us plus driver/guide in a 9 passenger van. Due to our own physical limitations we passed on a stop with lots of stairs and did not opt to stop at the beach, but those were available. The stops we did make were easy to navigate. Overall we were far more comfortable than we would have been in the large open air taxis we saw at most stops. The tour was worth its cost.

4.00This tour checked all the boxed of what we wanted to do on St Kitts. It was off and on rain, so we did not do the beach. The Van was a bit on the old side but it worked.
