On the way to the first stop, we drive through Basseterre, the capital of Saint Kitts. There will be views of some of the oldest buildings in Basseterre including Berkeley Memorial (home of the circus), Independence Square (Previously known as Pal Mal Square), Co-Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, St. George's Anglican Church, The National Museum, and Her Majesty’s Prison.

Bloody Point is a headland where European colonists massacred 2,000 Kalinago people in the 1600s.

5.00Dejourne was an EXCELLENT tour guide! I was lucky to get a private tour and could go at my pace. I learned so much about the island, the trees, the history! Great experience! Very comfortable ride and he was right on time! Highly recommend this tour!!

5.00They will do pick up from hotel or ship terminal. I shared the tour with one couple. We had plenty of room, and the driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable. We covered all of the major tourist points of interest. There was cold water available and a local coconut snack cookie made by a member of their community. The trip was about 4 hours, so plenty of time to get a feel for the island without feeling rushed. A good time.

5.00Very comprehensive, informative tour of Island by our D.A.C. Tour guide, Dijon. Lively and engaging description of best sights plus “fun facts” all along the way. Highlights were stops at strategic Brimstone Hill fortress, botanical garden and beach. Also had time for photos at best vistas. Exceeded our expectations in all ways.
Interesting but expensive tour of St. Kitts

3.00This was an interesting tour around St. Kitts. BUT rather expensive compared to tours of other islands, AND they charged another $10 each to be dropped off at Frigate Bay Beach. To top it off, there was no "public" restroom, and the restaurant where we were dropped off required us to have a wrist band showing that we purchased something there. Someone from our same ship used a local operator he had used before to give them a tour around the island for $30 each, including drinks and a stop at the beach.
