• Lovely visit to St. Lucia

  It was wonderful to know that we would get a nice visit around St. Lucia, our guide, Justina, took time to ask us what our priorities were and created a lovely morning and afternoon with plenty to see!

  

• Island Tour that never was

  Our driver was 35 min late to pick us up. I originally requested to go to 2 waterfalls, botanical garden, and an island tour. Our driver asked what we wanted to do and I told him and he said he had a plan. We went up and down winding roads to and from places. There was not much island information given during our tour unless we asked questions. He did drop us off at a waterfall but never took us to Diamond Falls. He didn’t seem very interested to take us anywhere else as we took the same way in to places and back the same way. I kept telling him we visited the other side of the island before where we bought real vanilla but didn’t seem to care to take us there. Matthew was our driver. He had his own agenda.

  On time and friendly, had a good time, vehicle is good. Communication is good, definitely recommend to do this tour vs other land & sea group tour

• Educational and beautiful day trip on St Lucia

  We had one day in St Lucia as part of a Caribbean cruise. As a result of a bit of research we decided to book this tour, rather than the Cruise line's offerings. We're really glad we did. Justina was our guide and driver and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a skilled driver. We selected what we would like to see (from the list in the Viator booking itinerary), and Justina covered all that and more in a most enjoyable day. The roads in St Lucia are pretty narrow and there are lots of steep and windy parts to the roads, so that made us appreciate Justina's careful driving all the more. We would both highly recommend this trip. We saw and learnt enough of the beautiful island of St Lucia to know that we want to return for a longer holiday there. Thank you, Justina.

  We toured with Kenny who took us to the sights we requested. Kenny was helpful and kind. He made sure we got to the sights we wanted to visit.

  Our guide was Kernil and he gave us a great day. We saw a lot in a very short time (unfortunately our ship was only in St.Lucia until 2 pm) thanks to its local science. He is an outstanding and very prudent driver who handles the many serpentines professionally. He asked me again if everything was okay or he was going too fast. We felt very safe.   We had a great time today with Herman. He navigated the twisty roads with good hands. He gave us plenty of details about the area and let us decide what we wanted to do.

  Vanel was our driver and he really showed us the beautiful island. He was knowledgeable and very informative. He was an excellent driver and made us feel safe. We truly enjoyed our day. Thank you

• Disorganized tour

  I contacted the tour operator a couple of times to give me a list of tourist attractions in St Lucia so that I can select the ones we haven't visited and I did not receive any response. When the driver/guide picked us up, he could not provide any guidance for the places we should visit. He was not very organized and we ended up visiting only one new place, another place we already visited and a couple of photo opportunity stops. His driving was also a bit scary. So the tour was not worth it.

  Travellers should be aware that they should do a bit of research beforehand as the guide will plan the tour to your preference within the destinations available and your mobility needs. Our guide/driver, Herman, was very helpful and understanding of my mobility needs. He was knowledgeable and able to accommodate our requests and make adjustments to our trip for us to have a good day despite the weather in his clean air-conditioned car with all the drinks we required, without too many challenges or too much walking.
