Segway tour was so much fun. We had a lesson instructing us how to drive the segway. Then we practiced for 10 to 15 minutes before getting on the trail. It was a great experience.

This was a great trip for my family and my teenagers loved the segways. Plus it was a great way to see Rodney Bay in a way we wouldn't have otherwise. Absolutely recommend.
Do not miss this restaurant. Ambience, Great Food, and Music. What more can you want?

We didn’t have a reservation and managed to get seated at a delightful table near the performer, who was fabulous. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service provided was excellent. I had ribs that fell off the bone so I didn’t get my hands dirty. They were very flavorful and the accompanying veggies were delicious too. There was one particular vegetable that I didn’t recognize, but loved. The singer was a cross between Ella and Anita Baker. She was so talented.

A really great company. We were delayed leaving our ship using tenders, so missed the start time. They did a tour just for us when we arrived, after a phone call explaining the situation. The Segways are great fun, our guide was brilliant. And we had a great tour, fun time, and they got us back to the ship on time too. No stress, will run company with great, enthusiastic and friendly staff.

SEGWAY!!! Ooo it was fun!! I had never ridden before so Murphy and Gio taught us before heading out. Follow their instructions and you will have no problems! They stopped for great photo opportunities and even taught us about the island. We found ourselves at the beach and even took time at the bar. Drink responsible cuz you have to drive your Segway back! 😳🫣🤣🤣 You should definitely try it because we will definitely do it again when we return!!

The tour was not as advertised. We thought we would be going on a nature trail in the mount Picard ares as advertised. However our tour was around the Rodney Bay residential area. Our guide however was very knowledgeable about local fruit and nut trees which he showed us which was interesting. We had hired a car so were mobile. However the Viator booking system only gave us two pick up locations. We could have driven straight to the tour location but instead we drove to The Landings Resort and had to wait for the tour bus to come and collect us. So we simply followed the bus driver to the tour location. The segways were good quick training was also good.

The tour left without us due to 2 unfortunate circumstances. First after receiving 4 very similar reminder messages saying the departure time was 11 AM, a 5th message changed the time to 10:30, and I missed that detail. Nonetheless we were in the pick-up plaza 15 minutes before the new pick up time, but not at the exact pick up location, which had no seating. When we went to the pick up location at 10:50 and did not see the tour by 11:12, we started trying to call the tour company or Trip Advisor to find out why there was no tour pickup. It took 5 frustrated call/email attempts and about 15 minutes to actually reach a human. We were told the tour had left and we would be contacted about a refund. Two refund requests were refused and no specific details or concerned explanation was given. The failure to note the new pick up time was my fault, but what is inexcusable is that there seemed to be no effort to contact me by phone or email when we were not at the pick-up location. Why are customers required to give contact information if no contact is attempted by the tour company? We were in a location that was literally 1-2 minutes away from the pick up location, and if the company had made any effort to reach us we would not have thrown away $190. I will never forget this experience. Has Trip Advisor gotten too big to manage its affairs and its provider with a customer service focus?
