  When booking, it looks as if there was a shuttle once an hour. Instead I waited 1,5h at the airport for the shuttle to leave. When they picked me up from the hotel I had to wait another 35 min for them to show up. 2 stars because the drivers were good, and once we were on the road everything worked smoothly. There is an app called allez that is a ride share app and it is a much better option than booking the airport roundtrip with this company.

  This company was superb and the vehicles were high quality luxury vehicles and very clean. Both of our drivers were very punctual and pleasant. They were very good drivers and we felt very safe and comfortable during travels. Jason and Elijah both, were professional and also were more like tour guides along the way. We are so glad and more than satisfied that we chose this company…..thank you so much !

  The journey from Hewnorra airport to my airbnb in gros islet was smooth, stress free and surprisingly quicker than expected. Although, my accommodation was not the easiest of places to find, driver was able to communicate with the host and had no problems finding it, made sure all was well, then departed with a friendly wave.

  The driver was very personable, he provided great service. I would recommend his service, he gave me a tour of the island on the way to my resort.

  Driver informed us about the sights during the ride to the resort and since traffic was heavy during that time of the day, he took routes that lessened our time on the road

  The driver was punctual to pick me up from my hotel. It was almost perfect. The only complaint that have is that the driver who drove me from the airport was very greedy and rude. He tried to force me into giving him more money for a tip. He actually laughed when I gave him the tip and requested more stating that he'd made a stop and should get more money. He even suggested that I ask the hotel and my family for change or to borrow some money. I wouldn't recommend the driver, but would suggest the company itself.

  What an amazing experience both to my hotel and to the airport on my departure. Peter and Vincent were amazing. I went to St Lucia on a solo trip and felt welcome as soon as I met Peter. Both Peter and Vincent were very knowledgeable about the country and taught me a lot. We engaged in good conversation and each time I reached my destination, I was sad because they made the hour journey zoom by. I paid for the shared transfer but ended up with a private transfer both ways. The return was also $60 USD cheaper than what the hotel was charging and for the experience and service I got, it was a steal! Thank you Peter and Vincent for making my trip memorable and I will definitely be looking with Barefoot again should I come back to St Lucia or go elsewhere where they operate.
