  My husband communicated with the owner far in advance of our trip, and planned transportation for an entire day around the island for us and 4 other couples, 10 adults total. He was told we were going to be picked up in a 14 passenger sprinter type van and provided drinks. We were picked up in a MINI VAN. Our group was so crammed in this van all day. And we weren’t given a single drink. We stopped and bought our own drinks. We paid $1050, in addition to tipping the driver, so we felt very ripped off. Unfortunately the driver had no idea this was the case, and owner just told us a story about his larger van getting in an accident - which the driver admitted to us was not true, there was no larger van. So buyer beware, you might not get what you pay for with Rick’s. There’s plenty of other transportation companies, I would choose another.

  Excellent service! The driver was punctual, professional, and very friendly throughout the ride. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and they made sure I felt safe the entire time. They navigated traffic smoothly and got me to my destination on time. I highly recommend their service and would gladly book with them again! Rick and his team are AWESOME!

  I had the pleasure of using Rick’s VIP service for my VIP transportation during my recent trip to Sint Maarten, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the service was exceptional.   Rick's VIP was scary. We asked Rick to send us a link to pay for a ride that was only 10 min ride to a restaurant and he wanted $120. We did not carry that much, thinking it was only 7 miles (10 mins away). So, we asked for a link to be sent to us. Ultimately, we did pay Rick the full $120, but it came at a much bigger price! We paid in advance for our ride back to the airport and Sotheby's (property management) scheduled Rick's VIP to take us. At Rick's instruction, the driver pulled off the main road and turned down a road we were not familiar with. We insisted he pull over and another taxi happen to pass by. We took the other taxi to the airport. After arriving, Rick surprised us by showing up inside the National Airport. He stalked us inside, harassed us while trying to get to check in, and assaulted us and damaged one of our bags while trying to take it from us. We asked witnesses to call the police. The police arrested Rick after reviewing the video and taking our statements. So far, no one has offered to reimburse us for our damaged bag.
