Here in the capital of the French side you can shop for gifts, souvenirs, jewelry, Cuban cigars, alcohol and electronics being that we have the lowest prices in the Caribbean because of our tax free and no sales tax status. Buy some local art or local food and mingle with the locals. Depending on traffic we will substitute Marigot shopping to shopping in Philipsburg, either one is the same shopping experience.

5.00I had an amazing experience on the island tour in Saint Martin! From start to finish, everything was well organized and enjoyable. Eddy was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about the island’s history, culture, and hidden gems. We visited beautiful beaches, scenic viewpoints, and charming local. The views were absolutely stunning, and there was plenty of time to take photos and enjoy each stop. The tour was relaxing, fun, and a perfect way to see the best of the island in a short time. I would highly recommend this island tour to anyone visiting Saint Martin, this was truly a highlight of my trip!

4.00The meeting place was not labeled well, but after asking security, we found it. Check in was easy, waited a few minutes until boarding transportation. Eddie and Jamal were pleasant, gave us many facts during the drive around the island. Stop at Maho Beach was too short. Could have done without the rum tasting stop. Food at affiliated restaurant in Marigot was good and the convenience of preordering before arrival was helpful. Guavaberry colada was good there. The small samples of rum punch were tasty. Also offered water, soda and beer.

2.00We purchased this tour based on the itinerary that stated we would make a couple of quick stops but spend most of the allotted time (3 hours) at Maho Beach. When we got to the first stop of the tour, we were told we were getting an “upgrade” and were going to make several stops before ending the day at Maho Beach. We expressed our disappointment to our guide, who called the tour manager, but we were told nothing could be done to get us to Maho Beach any earlier. We booked this tour specifically so that we would have lots of time at Maho Beach. We did see some beautiful spots along the way, but we ended up only having an hour at Maho Beach. Also, the tour lasted considerably longer than we had planned. We actually were very concerned we would not make it back to our ship on time. If we had booked the longer, more extensive tour, I would give it a high rating. We saw some beautiful places! The fact that we were not able to spend much time at Maho Beach was very disappointing since that was why we booked the tour. I would not book this tour again.

2.00We very much enjoyed Maho beach but the problem was, once we were on the van, they told us they had “upgraded” (their words) us and took us to 5 other stops without our permission. We only got to actually spend 1 hour at the beach we paid for. This was very frustrating and disappointing! Due to the dishonesty, I would not recommend this company.

5.00Cannot thank our tour guide “Cutty” enough, for showing us the beautiful island of St Maarten. The ride to the beach was comfortable and Cutty provided interesting facts of the island… Sunset Bar and Grill was great for lunch as it sits on Maho Beach…. Try to find out the flight schedules for the airport, if you can, as the planes do not fly continuously in and out!! You may be waiting!! Nonetheless, the beach was great as well as the tour!

5.00Our driver was exceptional. Went out of his way to improve our tour. Provided details about the area as we were driving to the beach. Highly recommend this tour. Also, this tour was much cheaper than the excursion sold through the cruise line!!

1.00We waited over 2 hrs with a large crowd of other people. You could see and hear the owner/boss calling whomever he could to try and get more vehicles. They finally got a vehicle for the last of us that were still waiting. The driver didn't even work for this company. I heard the owner ask him for a business card and tell him where to take us. There were several groups on our mini bus and we all had different itineraries. What we actually got....... mind blowing. Dude drove us up a big hill in the middle of nowhere and told us he'd be back for us in 3 hours. It was legit a dirt path with nothing around it. We all refused to get off the bus and he took us back to the meeting tent. Of course, the business was nowhere to be found. I asked security and explained what happened. They said that driver took us to a hiking trail meant for a tour company with a hiking guide. We all expected shopping and Maho Beach, so we were wearing bathing suits and flip flops. We ended up paying $18/p round trip for a cab to Maho. So much easier! The cabs are everywhere. Maybe this company is good when there are no other ships in port, but for us and a hundred plus others it was a complete cluster. Waiting on my refund.
