  I set this up on trip advisor months before our trip. We arrived and tbeybwhere at the airport waiting with rum punch. It was a real welcome affair to the island. We easily got to out hotel and the ride was quick and safe. Thanks for the safe ride.

  This VIP is a scam because the advertising of VIP was not VIP service. My driver was 25 mins late picking us up and when he arrived he had a piece of paper with my name misspelled. Also, it was not front door pickup service. We had to walk from door 4 about half a mile to the public parking where a big white taxi/shuttle van was parked. The driver then pulls out a dirty red carpet with gold posts. I was very upset with this presentation and the fact that we had to walk and we did not receive a black car service as advertised in their posting. I tried calling the provider several times but he refused to take my call so I called Viator. I am currently waiting for a response. I will update you all once I know. Lastly, if you come to Maarten please just take a taxi from airport to hotel. It’s so much cheaper. Prices ranges from $5-20 per person depending which hotel zone you’re going to.

  Excellent service. Driver was waiting for us upon arrival outside door 4. Everything listed in description was provided. Driver cutty was very professional & would definitely recommend.

  Very professional very friendly very safe company. The only thing that they need to improve is the communication before the pick up trip. They should call you the day before and let you know what time they’re gonna be at the hotel or at the airport but other than that, they are a great company. Definitely will use them again.

  Once we got off of the plane we had no idea where to go, we went to door 3 and driver was by door 4. We would have never connected had it not been for airport staff. As a service, they should realize people are traveling internationally and are more often then not going to be in airplane mode, unable to receive communications. The service would be fine if it were laid out better where to be exactly, this isn’t a big airport so that should be an easy fix. By the time got to the car we had to walk across the parking lot. A very dis-jointed and frustrating experience.

  Our driver was great. I was in a walking boot. He took our bags and picked me up curb side and helped us into the condo.

  I reserved this service the morning of my date of arrival. When I got to the airport no one came to pick me up. I waited over an hour and finally called the contact number and was told that they weren’t able to do it and I’d be issued an automatic refund. No refund has been issued, no ride was given, and now I can’t get in contact with anyone.

  Service arrived 45 min late. Didnt send an accessible vehicle as contracted for. As my wife has a walking disability. Didn't come to terminal pick-up so we had to walk to car. Charged $111 for a 10 min ride! This is not "Red Carpet" Service by sny standard.

  This is a scam. If I could leave zero stars I would. I paid $80 for Red Carpet luxury airport transfer. There was no Red Carpet, the vehicle was a small hatchback with wires everywhere, broken items hanging from the door. We had to walk to the vehicle as it was in the parking lot not at the door waiting for us. I took pictures and video. I paid for the experience and it was terrible.
