  Having the very best transportation service on St Maarten giving us the ultimate perspective of both sides of the Island was quite an experience, from the points of interest, the history, the cuisine recommendations. Everything we wanted on the tour and fulfilling our transportation needs, was all accomplished with courtesy, punctuality and class. Highly recommend Alpha Transportation.   After waiting for 45 min we discovered that our trip had been cancelled by accident the day before. They didn’t offer to help us with new arrangements. Only we apologize for the inconvenience and will issue a refund. We then had to go wait in line for 45 min to get a taxi which put us at 2 less hours to see the island. Would definitely not book through them again

  Highlight of our trip! Our small group of 3 did a private around-the-island tour after our scheduled activity was canceled last minute. Raj was a wonderful guide and took us to so many places we would have otherwise never seen. Cannot praise him enough! We had the best time and are now grateful our original plans fell thru. • we will never use Viator again

  I had printed my tickets for this excursion, it had given instructions where to pick up taxi for the Island tour, and who will be driving, they do not say if the time is local or ship. we get to the taxi and tour dispatch area, and we look for taxi 197. or Alvin Andre, Alvin was no longer working for the company,taxi 197 drove off, it took over an hour to find out we were at the wrong place, we did get a great gal, forgot her name, and she gave us a tour of the island. by the time we found her, we were so stressed out, she was also given the wrong time. we did the island tour, we did not opt for shopping or lunch, lots of traffic on the island. we wanted to make sure we were on the ship in plenty of time, this tour was not worth the $$$

  Although the driver was pleasant, the tour was less than sensational for the high price. As we started the tour, we were informed despite paying nearly $100 per person our intended tour will be cut by 3 hours because there was a mistake online. He also shared the percentage of how much he gets. The stops were less than memorable and did not warrant a picture. After the driver ate his lunch, he informed us when we finally breaked to eat too that a protest was in progress so we could not see key places such as Margot. Instead of stopping at other places like Maho Beach like discussed at the beginning of the tour on the Dutch side. We dropped back at the hotel feeling short changed and disappointed overall.

  Andre was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable and fun! We used him for our airport transfers and a 6 hour private island tour. He gave us history of the island, gave great suggestions as we personalized our itinerary. Would 100% book him again on a return visit.
