You will receive confirmation and meeting instructions. For airport pick up, we will be at the arrival area with your name on a sign and ready to give you the V.I.P treatment. Please present your voucher/confirmation paper. Same thing goes for ferry terminal pick up For hotel pick ups we will be in the lobby with your name on a sign and ready to give you the V.I.P treatment. I gave a 3 star because they were extremely nice! But this is far from a luxury V.I.P pickup. I was charged $106 to be taken around the corner from the airport! The van was like something from the 70’s You are not given champagne you are given Rum punch! I travel for a living and I know luxury and this was not it! My name was wrote on paper! This is a total rip off!

beware-- we booked a VIP meet and assist -- initially they were quick to reply and send a credit card link to pre-pay their servies--- ( $1000.00 ) and on arrival at SXM -- NO ONE was there to meet us --and no answer to email or call - -what fraud - we had to contact Amex to decline the charges-- BEWARE of fraud - seriously awful services - they may not even exist..

Our flight was 2 hours late but our driver was there waiting and provided a quick exit from the airport with glasses of champagne in our hands.
