There was lack of communication with our pick up time. It's confusing because our pick up time was not listed anywhere on the reservation and when I inquired about the pick up time it was too late to get an answer. They showed up 3.5 hours before our departure time to the train station that was a 20 minute drive. I have never gone to a train station that early. 60 minutes would have been fine. We were not refunded as the driver had been dispatched and was waiting in the lobby. I had to send him away because we were not ready and we ended up taking a cab, which I wish we had just done in the first place because it would have been cheaper. I do use Viator for a lot of bookings and really like the service. In the futue I might skip thee car service and just stick with tours.
