First, the meeting location provided in the app sent me and my kids to the wrong place. We ended up walking 30 minutes, and when I explained this to the tour guide, he acted like I was lying about the directions. I asked to cancel and get a refund, but he refused and insisted this was “the best tour” and that we shouldn’t miss it. We then had to walk another 15 minutes to finally meet him. When I showed him the incorrect directions in the app, he simply said he didn’t know why it sends people there. The driving was also very uncomfortable. He sped up the mountain, braking hard and driving recklessly. It did not feel safe at all. We were dropped at a beach where there was a fee to enter, and food was expensive. We only had about an hour before being taken back to the dock. There was no time to explore or enjoy any authentic Caribbean food spots. Overall, this tour was rushed, poorly organized, and not worth the money. You’re better off doing your own thing. There are plenty of taxis available, and the drivers are much more helpful and flexible. Save your money and skip this tour.

This tour of St. Thomas with Sunny was fabulous. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. He allows you to take your time and doesn’t get inpatient when you’re taken that extra photo or stuck in the store buying souvenirs, but yet stays on time. I would highly recommend Sonny Liston for your tours in St. Thomas, especially if you want to feel the love of a local guide!

We were unfortunately not picked up, although we were at the agreed meeting point and waited 1h !! Also several calls achieved nothing !

Sunny was awesome and very knowledgeable. We saw lot of beautiful views of the island. At the last stop, some of us did not want to go to the beach, so he dropped us by the ship and went back to pick up the beach goers. That was much appreciated.

On 31 Jul 25 my wife and I decided to book this Sunny Liston Tours Shopping, Sightseeing and Beach Tour for us both on 28 Feb 2026 at 11.30am. Our Princess cruise is scheduled to arrive in St Thomas at 10.00 am on that day. Their tour sounded great. We paid them directly in full. We received our confirmed reservation by return. We were looking forward to it. Out of the blue, on 27 Dec 25, Sunny Liston Tours emailed to say that according to their schedule our ship was due to arrive at 9.00am, not 10.00am, and we should meet their driver a half hour after ship arrival. “Please do not come down at 11.30am because the tour will be gone already”. I checked with Princess and they advised me (both verbally and in writing) that this was wrong, there had been no change to our schedule and the ship would be arriving at 10.00am. I forwarded the Princess confirmation to Sunny Liston Tours and requested a definite pick up time. Their response was “ Our schedule shows the ship arriving at 9.00am. Whenever the ship arrives, you will meet the driver a half hour after ship arrival.” Then, “To clarify everything if your ship arrives before 9.00am you meet the driver at 9.00am, if the ship arrives after 9.00am you can meet your driver a half hour after ship arrival”. Anyone who has been on a cruise before knows that you are not allowed off the ship the moment it docks, equally there are often queues to do so. We had no alternative but to cancel. They held on to our money for almost five months before they reneged on our confirmed reservation. That is no way to conduct any business. How many others are they doing this to? Do not allow yourself to suffer the same fate.

My tour was CANCELED by the provider, yet i think i was still charged for it. I have written to Viator with no response, that i can find. Buyer beware.

Not really a tour. Driver just dropped us off at the curb for shopping (no map/directions given, saw other tour guides walking with their shopping tours), no mic in the van - so no historical/island information was given on the entire drive, driver just dropped us off at Viewpoint, didn't get out and explain anything about viewpoint like other tours did, plus we had to wait for other passengers for 25 minutes when it was time to leave. Since this cut into our beach time I asked to have another van come pick them up and drive us to beach- no way! He just did a drop off & pick up at the beach. I would just get a taxi/Uber next time and go on my own since I felt we did do St Thomas on our own anyways.

We had an amazing experience on our St. Thomas tour, and our guide truly made it unforgettable. Airforce One was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure we had the best time. He gave us many recommendations for local spots and activities that we did the next day!! We ended up discovering places we never would have found on our own and truly had a magical time. Everything on the tour felt well-planned but still relaxed. Whenever 2 girls travel together we always keep safety in our mind, and he made us feel very very safe, definitely girl dad vibes:) If you’re looking for someone who knows the area inside and out and genuinely cares about giving you a great experience, Airforce is the man!
