We will discover the stand-up paddle at Babin Beach, a quiet haven and away from busy circuits. The initiation ended, direction Islet Macou along the Mangrove. This hike will take you under tunnels of plants formed by mangrove drifts. After this visit to the heart of the mangrove, a stop in a small cove for a well-deserved homemade lemonade.

The guide, Matheiu, was friendly and helpful. The paddle boarding was challenging enough so that I felt a accomplished afterwards, but it was not very hard. We went on a nice circuit through the mangroves and enjoyed a break on a tiny beach.
