Stargazing! Journey beneath a blanket of stars in the enchanting Corralejo Dunes! Unveil the beauty and complexity of the night sky on a stargazing adventure lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. Your expert Star Guide will lead you on a captivating exploration, using telescopes and laser pointers to enhance your view of stars, planets, and celestial wonders. Imagine yourself nestled on a rug or blanket in the heart of the dunes, listening to the calming sound of the ocean waves as you gaze upwards. This unforgettable experience is just a short 5-minute walk from the main area, offering a unique opportunity to connect with nature's magic. Please note: If you have any mobility concerns, we recommend our Los Molinos Observation location for easier access. OR Pozo Negro if you are south of Fuerteventura. No walking involved. Our regular stargazing observations in the Corralejo Dunes are usually every Monday and Friday (except on a full moon). Sometimes we add extra dates. If you cannot book please check for alternative dates or message us.

STARGAZING DUNES - SELF DRIVE
Duration: 2 hours: The observation will be from 1.5-2hrs
HOW TO GET THERE: YOU NEED YOUR OWN CAR. You drive yourself from MEETING POINT. We meet as a group and then drive TO OBSERVATION POINT.
MEETING POINT TO OBSERVATION: DRIVE YOURSELF - To get to the observation point YOU NEED A CAR. You cannot walk through the dunes or get a taxi.

5.00This has been on my bucket list and was not disappointed! Amazing evening, Karen was lovely and explained so much . Easy pick up and drop off from our hotel , and fab photos of our experience, will definitely do it again on our next visit

5.00Karen was a great guide who made the excursion in two languages telling a lot of detail. He explained everything very clearly. Getting to the site was easy, just go a short drive and then walk a little through the dunes. Go comfortable dressed. Then they took a souvenir photo. Everything perfect and recommended!

5.00Had a brilliant experience stargazing in the corralejo dunes ,Karen the lady doing the talk and guiding us through the constellations was brilliant ,a powerful telescope was brought with us and the group and i managed to see Saturn's rings and a slight haze of light from the Andromeda Galaxy approximately 2.5 million lightyears away ,how bonkers is that !! If your on your holiday in corralejo and love the stars ,i cant recommend this experience enough

5.00Accompanying really very kind, we especially thank our French escort/driver at the top. Our guide was good too, his knowledge about the stars was impressive. The setting was great , in short it was an amazing experience we don't regret DE doing it.

5.00This experience was absolutely breathtaking. So well thought out, and Karen was so passionate and knowledgeable, she loved sharing her love of stars with us. We were able to see the Milky Way, we looked at various constellations through binoculars and a telescope and see a shooting star!! This went beyond our expectations; we were treated to links to mythology and nature. And waiting to see the moon rose at the end of the experience was thrilling. Being curled up on rugs with blankets under the stars with your loved ones, what more could you ask for??

5.00This experience was great. Karen was great at telling us more about the stars and where we could go for the best star experience given the weather. I learnt a lot about the stars and their placement to each other. The pick up and drop off service was great for a solo traveller too

5.00Did the trip from Corralejo on 23 June The trip was really well organised and Karen was an excellent guide - very informative and knowledgeable We were lucky as we had no moon and very little cloud and we were blessed to see the Milky Way with the naked eye It does get cold even in late June so wrap up warm Overall and excellent adventure, would highly recommended and would go again with Stars by Night, and would be nice to try one of their other trips too
