Though the capacity of a sedan taxi is up to 3 guests + a guide, we recommend this sedan taxi tour for up to 2 guests + a guide. It is too small for 3 big people to sit in the rear seat. In this case, we highly recommend to choose our van taxi tour instead of sedan taxi tour.

Hirokos was an awesome guide. She had very good English and was able to share many interesting facts about Japanese culture. We also had a great driver. He was so friendly and helped us with taking pictures. We enjoyed the Ropeway and spending time at the Shrine, tea garden and the beach.

We had an excellent experience. We were met by our guide Miyuki just in the port area adjacent the ship.. We are three Australian women., one of whom has difficulty with steps. We were driven in a large comfortable taxi with a driver and Miyuki. Our first stop was a local temple in a beautiful garden. It was a lovely exploration of a small local temple and Miyuki explained the local customs extremely well. The temple was quite beautiful with a decorative ceiling and panelled walls. We also saw the community hall and the lovely garden. We enjoyed a cup of matcha and then drove to an observatory/lookout where on a fine day we would have seen Mount Fuji, a tea centre and Miho beach. FInally we were taken to the port shopping area which we asked to be dropped at as it was a short walk to the ship. We were very comfortable, and our driver very patient. Myuki's English was excellent and it so she was able to describe to us local religious customs, history, geography and cultural practices in an easily understandable way. She was also enthusiastic and appeared to enjoy our company. We had a very enjoyable and informative day. Miyuki took a number of photos which we can look at and download from a password protected site.

Makone and Ted did a fantastic job. We loved our time with them and ate at a wonderful local noodle restaurant in addition to the tour.

It was wonderful! A few steps from the taxi. There were stairs and uneven ground. Miyuki was knowledgable and her English was great! Leisurely and private.

Our guide Motoko and our driver Ted did a wonderful job of making sure we parked close to entry doors and with easy access to elevators so we could see all the best views of Mount Fuji. Motoko also took us to smaller venues which were less crowded and easy to navigate. Our visits to the tea farm and the local temple were highlights of the trip and will be treasured memories from Japan. Both Motoko and Ted spoke very good English and were delightful people to hang around with. I absolutely recommend this tour for anyone who might need a little extra help getting around!

This tour is specifically designed for those with mobility challenges and it delivers! Our guide Motoko and our driver Ted parked close to entry doors and used elevators to minimize walking on stairs and long distances. They were also very adaptable and willing to change up as needed. For instance, when I struggled a bit walking on the beach they made it clear we didn't have to go further than we were comfortable with. Motoko also included stops that were smaller and less crowded so that we would have an easier time. The tea farm and local temple we visited were highlights of our time in Japan. I absolutely recommend this tour for anyone who struggles to get around. Don't miss out on seeing this beautiful part of Japan!

What a fantastic experience. We were met at the Pier and our journey commenced promptly. The spots we were taken to were fabulous and the views of Mt Fuji spectacular. Motorola was our guide and she was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Don't hesitate to plan your next adventure with this company. You will experience a wonderful time. We truly loved every minute of it.
