Stingray City Sandbar features a controlled environment located near the reef where visitors can interact with the stingrays and other marine life. Most Notably, the water at the Stingray City Sandbar is only 2 to 5 feet in depth; safe and enjoyable for children and seniors. This is while enjoying the water and the beautiful ocean view, both below and above the surface.

The best crew and experience

5.00This was my family’s third time in the past three years taking a trip like this to stingray city and for snorkeling. Private tour one time, large tour operator the second time, and now tried Frank’s Water Sports through Viator for something different. The family all agreed that the experience with Frank’s was the best! It’s five of us (w/three early teens), and this year we had two more (grandparents) for 7 total. Our crew of Dean and Frederick were so nice and fun… just made it really comfortable for everybody to have a great time and relax. The boat was nice and spacious with plenty of seating options, including shade if you needed it. We lucked out with it not being crowded at all, but even if there were more people, I’m sure the experience would have been just as good. Full confidence in Dean and Frederick—can’t say enough good things about them.

5.00Very experienced staff,from Simone who picked us up and the crew who took their time with you and explained everything that was to be expected before you got into the water. Enjoyed the morning and I will definitely book with them again when we come back with family. Thankyou Captain, first Hand Chin, Kevin, and Fredrick. Kevin knew I was nervous in the water that day and stayed close to make sure I was safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this very personable TEAM!!!!

5.00The experience was quite an adventure. I traveled with my husband and children and had a great time.. to be our first cruise trip to the island we were afraid to take a tour off the boat because of the weather, so we took the 12pm tours. they were punctual and arrived for us at the cruise port and took us to the Bay where they took us by boat with others more integrated. Super attentive offered us water and sodas. When we got to see the stringrays they worried that we would all touch and load them. And to close with a golden clasp they took us snorkling and it was spectacular. They speak Spanish and English. And the best ones the return was with plenty of time before our boat left. I would definitely take another tour with them. Recommended THANK YOU!

5.00Crew was wonderful. Definitely wanted your experience to be the best that it could. My daughter got scared around the stingrays and they handled it like champs. A few weak swimmers got a little too far out and they were on top of it right away. The weather was not great and even with that they made it one of the most enjoyable days on our vacation!

5.00We had a great time from the bus ride to the boat was good. On the boat the captain and crew where great with the any questions and good with the kids. I would definitely recommend another trip with dean martin and crew

5.00We were a family of four with two teens. The staff was very professional, informative, and made the three hour experience, enjoyable for everyone. One of my teens was unsure about the stingray experience, but they completely put her at ease. Dean was excellent at handling the sting rays. I would highly recommend this tour!
