  The whole experience was super easy. Great trip clean boat. The guides were engaging knowledgeable and wanted us to have the best time we could. This is a must do if you’re in GC!!! Price was right too!!

  It was amazing ! Poncho and Jason did a fantastic job ! They guided all of us in holding, feeding, and caring for the stingrays. Helped us stage great photos too! The sunset was beautiful and the vessel was very spacious/very comfortable! Congratulations to the full team for a great trip and outstanding Cayman experience!!

  TL;DR Aquarius warned the day before that the tour might be canceled due to low capacity. I asked to be notified if it proceeded. They went silent the day of, then responded at 3:25 PM—just 20 minutes before the required 3:45 PM arrival—saying it was still on and charged me full price as a “no-show.” Full Review The day before our tour, Aquarius called saying they hadn’t reached minimum capacity and might cancel. They offered alternative times that didn’t work for us. I clearly stated: “Please let me know if you get enough people to continue the tour.” On the day of the tour, I heard nothing. Given the prior call, I assumed it was canceled. At 1:30 PM, I messaged on WhatsApp to confirm. Still no response. At 3:25 PM—20 minutes before the required 3:45 PM arrival—they finally replied saying the tour was on and I’d be charged full price for not attending. It was impossible to rearrange plans and arrive on time. When I called, there was no apology or accountability. Instead, I got: “All others arrived with no issues.” Were all other guests called the day before and told the tour might be canceled? Were they also ignored when they messaged to confirm? Their defense—that they only notify guests if they cancel—was never clearly communicated and contradicts the expectation they set. If a tour is in jeopardy and a guest explicitly asks to be informed, ignoring them until minutes before arrival is indefensible. We wanted to take this tour. Attempting to enforce a no-show charge under these circumstances feels like shifting blame for their own failure to communicate. At best, this is disorganized. At worst, it’s pressuring customers to pay for a service they were effectively prevented from attending. I expect a refund and would caution others.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  This is a great trip to stingray city. It’s short but perfect if you don’t want to be on the water for several hours. The crew was great and we were able to get some great pics with the rays. Beautiful sunset on way back.

  It was an amazing experience. The stingrays were magnificent, the sunset was beautiful, and the guides were great. They even pulled the sail down so we could get that sailing vibe. It was a bit windy with choppy waters and harder to stand up in than I thought, but that was all part of the fun.

  Very nice and professional catamaran crew Short and sweet experience, 45 minutes to stingray spot, 30 minutes stingray experience ( hold, kiss, back rub) 45 minutes return with pictures takes at sunset.

  Fun trip! Andrew & the rest of the crew were great. They made the trip fun & memorable. Nice trip out to sand bar. Would definitely recommend!
