• Great tour of St Kitts with a fantastic guide!

  This was our second tour with Shane. The experience last year was so great we wanted our adult daughter to see the island with the same informative and friendly spirit. Shane showed us the highlights of St Kitts offering his personal experiences as well as history and details about life in St Kitts. His tour was a private tour for our family in an air conditioned van, encompassing a comfortable period of time. The process was seamless from pickup at the resort to its timely return. We would highly recommend GoodTimes Tours with Shane Warner for anyone wanting a tour of the St Kitts highlights beyond the resort or cruise ship.

  

  

  

  

• Shane is the man!

  Shane and his son gave us one of our best tours ever. He picked us up and showed us his beautiful island. He made sure we were taken care of and fed us a delicious lunch. We even had Ting with a sting! His knowledge of the island was extensive. By the end of the trip we felt like he was family.

  We booked directly with Shane and received an immediate personalised and welcoming confirmation. We chose the afternoon tour, which turned out to be a great decision as there were fewer crowds in the usual tourist spots so we were able to get some really great views and photos, especially at Timothy Hill. We were also the only two, which was an added but unexpected bonus. Shane has a warm and engaging personality and is clearly passionate about his native St Kitts - both it's history and it's future - and took us on a very interesting and informative tour around the island, including several stops and a drive-past of his mothers house and his own plot of land (watch that space folks!). Although the later start meant we didn't stop for lunch, we did call at his friend's bar for a 'Ting with a Sting' and a little walk along the black sand beach, which was very cool. We dismally failed the end-of tour quiz presented by his son Roshard (huge apologies if we've got that wrong too!!!) but had a highly enjoyable day, which we can highly recommend. Julie & Paul

  This was a wonderful tour that provided great history, humor, and an incredible tour. My friend and I were celebrating our birthday and it brought so much joy! Shane did a fabulous job showing us his island. I have such a greater appreciation for St Kitts. Well done! I highly recommend this tour.

  We had a great day with Shane and his incredible driver. It is an outstanding island experience. We saw monkeys in the wild. The batiks were masterful at the estate. The tour was better than the 5 star ratings on TripAdvisor. Shane limits the group to under 12 , so you have a very personal experience. His love for his home is so evident. We had snacks and beer and rum typical of St. Kitts. (There are 2 additional fees on the tour.)

  Shane was personal, knowledgeable and fully engaged for the entire tour. Saw his Family home, his mother, and local spots beyond the normal sites. Great way to learn the history and see the island without the large group crowd.

  Highly recommended! This was a very well-planned and organized tour! Shane took us on a “real” tour of the area! We had a special, authentic lunch in a sweet spot by the beach. Shane told us many stories about the history of St Kitts and Nevis. He could answer every question we asked, with insight and sometimes humor. We tasted rum and chocolate, saw how batik is done, and went to beautiful gardens and a cigar rolling demo. He drove us to a beautiful scenic overlook for some photos. Then drove us to the resorts area to see another beach, we could have stayed awhile but we decided for a quick stop. Such a fantastic day. He had us back to ship with plenty of time. We will definitely call him for future visits to the area!

  This is a great day out. Shane explained the day before we set out, water and snacks distributed, car impeccably clean, staff helpful all day. Shane is a wealth of knowledge about the island history, and very attentive to all guests. I can't choose a highlight but the lunch at the beach on the verandah with lapping water and cool breeze would come close. Could have sat there all day.

  We travel quite a bit as a group and have had guides all over the Caribbean and Europe, and I can confidently say that Shane was the best guide we have ever had. This was a cruise stop, and we only had one day in St. Kitts, but Shane made that single day feel incredibly meaningful and unforgettable. What set Shane apart was the personal touch he brought to the experience. It was immediately clear how much he loves his island and how proud he is of where he grew up. He didn’t just show us the highlights — he shared his St. Kitts with us. He even took us by his home so we could meet his mother, which was such a special and unexpected moment that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Shane took us to a local beach bar where we tried local rum, showed us both the tourist side and the non-tourist side of the island, and even introduced us to a beautiful black sand beach. By the end of the day, we felt like we truly understood the island — its culture, its people, and its heart. We left St. Kitts feeling connected to the place, in love with the culture, and incredibly grateful for Shane. If you want more than a standard tour — if you want an authentic, memorable experience — Shane is your guide. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
