This is a truly genuine tour where one experiences the archipelago where locals live and vacation. Summer houses here are passed down from generations to generations and many never come out on the open market.
We’ll pick you up from central Stockholm. As we leave Stockholm behind us we pass sights such as The Old Town, Vasa museum and the amusement park, Gröna Lund. Passing the island of Fjäderholmarna we pick up speed and hit 42 knots (78 km/h) on our way to Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago).

We’ll pick you up from central Stockholm. As we leave Stockholm behind us we pass sights such as The Old Town, Vasa museum and the amusement park, Gröna Lund. Passing the island of Fjäderholmarna we pick up speed and hit 42 knots (78 km/h) on our way to Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago). We travel through magnificent landscapes made up of lush and rocky islands. Passing islands both inhabited and uninhabited. You will experience historic sites and summer houses dating back from the 17th century. We’ll travel on the water ways of locals, so don’t forget to waive when passing fellow sailors. Before heading back to Stockholm we pass by Vaxholm, also called the Capital of the Archipelago, where many sailors come to proviant before heading out to sea. This is a truly genuine tour where one experiences the archipelago where locals live and vacation. 5.00I joined the 9:30 RIB Stockholm tour yesterday, and it was hands‑down one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment we stepped on board, the crew made us feel welcome, safe, and excited for what was ahead. Their mix of professionalism, humor, and local knowledge added so much to the experience. The ride itself was incredible the perfect blend of adrenaline and sightseeing. Speeding across the water with the wind and snow in your face, then slowing down to hear fascinating stories about the archipelago, felt like the best possible way to explore Stockholm. The views were stunning, the boat was comfortable and well‑maintained, and the whole experience was run with real care and attention. If you’re visiting Stockholm or even if you live here, this tour is a must. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

5.00We had a wonderful sunny day (albeit chilly; dress warmly 😃) that was perfect for this tour as we returned with sunset over the harbor. The speedboats are a lot of fun, the scenery is beautiful and Adam was a fun and very knowledgeable tour guide. It was a great way to see a lot in 2-3 hours!

5.00This whole experience was great fun! The guides were very helpful and upbeat from the very beginning when we had to get suited up. They provided warm gear that really made the difference between what could've been a cold ride but was instead perfectly comfortable. During the ride itself, the guide provided both interesting information and just the right amount of "thrill". I would highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys a speed boat ride and wants to see the archipelago. The only caution I would give is that you do have to be physically able to climb in and out – I'm 60 years old with Parkinson's and was able to do it but it was a little challenging. Totally worth it!
