Winter kayak tour around Vaxholm is a memorable and purely magical experience. Vaxholm is known as a capital of archipelago and kayaking is the best way to explore this wonderful place. Paddling is possible almost all year round. The archipelago is very lively in summer however during autumn and winter you will experience luxury of having it all to yourself.
Area around Vaxholm is among the most beautiful places to paddle. Admire amazing swedish nature and local architecture along the way and listen to local stories. We will enjoy the fresh, clear air and the view over archipelago that goes in pale tones. The silence will be broken only by the splash of water from paddles. Soak up the scenic winter views and feel immersed in the tranquility, despite being just 30 minutes from Stockholm. We provide drysuit and warm drinks during kayaking tour.

Vaxholm Fortress (Vaxholms fästning) dating back to the 1500s, the Vaxholm Citadel, located between Vaxholm and Rindö, was used to defend Stockholm. Built by King Gustav Vasa.

Bogesundslandet is one of Stockholm's largest nature reserves. Outstanding wildlife, farms with horses, green meadows and old oak trees. Hiking and biking areas with marked trails, golf courses.

5.00Sam was calm and collected throughout the entire tour—you feel like you’re in a zen meditation from start to finish. The sea was stunning under the snow, and we slept incredibly well afterward. We loved the sauna, and there’s even a cold plunge if you’re feeling brave. The 670 bus drops you off right at the location.
Amazing experience! Absolutely made our trip to Stockholm!

5.00We absolutely loved the whole experience. Rowan and Jules were amazing guides, they were very knowledgeable and made you feel at ease but were also really relaxed and kept it fun. They even brought out a cake and candles for my boyfriend’s birthday when having the fika which was so lovely and absolutely made his day! It all ran really smoothly, the kayaking was an amazing experience but it’s also so worth doing the sauna too to be able to have a swim and warm up. Getting there by public transport was also super easy! Would definitely recommend!

5.00Great morning tour by kayak, Sam was our guide and very dedicated and friendly. I would definitely stay again. Fika on the go and then warm up in the tepee with coffee or tea and pastries, very nice!

5.00This crew was fantastic and the experience was the best. They transported us to/from the pickup, fed us a delicious fika snack (after the ice kayaking), provided access to a much-needed sauna, and provided an in-depth history of the archipelago around Sweden. Our guide was fun to be around and created a low-stress environment where everyone had fun (no matter their kayaking proficiency). The cold-weather gear they provided was more than enough to keep us warm (we're from Texas, so not used to the cold!). Definitely recommend this company!

5.00The tour itself was amazing, with beautiful scenery throughout and a very relaxing sauna at the end, which really completed the experience. Everything was well organized, and the team was attentive to our needs from start to finish, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Overall, it was a great experience that I would highly recommend. A special mention to Rowan as well, who was really cool

5.00My husband and I had an incredibly fun morning kayaking, followed by delicious fika and a hot sauna. Jules was a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide. We were both first timers, but felt very well looked after and quickly got the hang of kayaking. Would 100% recommend and love to return some day.

5.00I have no words to express what an amazing experience we had. Rohan was a fantastic & patient tour guide. The tour was well worth it and the FIKA was great too. We had a wonderful day and highly recommend it. The whole experience was worth it and our friendly and pleasant tour driver was excellent too. We would do this all over again.

5.00There was a mixup and we double booked our reservation. A call to the company quickly resolved the issue. The company takes safety seriously and we felt completely safe and warm on the journey. Sam is an excellent guide and planned a path that met the small group’s needs. Definitely sign up for the sauna and Baltic plunge
