Windsor Castle
Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world. It has been the family home of British kings and queens for almost 1,000 years and is today one of the official residences of His Majesty The King. Occupying over 10.5 hectares, the Castle offers a varied day out for visitors, including a visit to the magnificent State Apartments and St George's Chapel. The Castle's State Apartments are furnished with some of the finest works from the Royal Collection, reflecting the changing tastes of the Castle's royal occupants, particularly those of Charles II and George IV. Many of the works of art are still in the historic settings for which they were first collected or commissioned by the kings and queens who have lived at Windsor. Visitors can take a self-guided tour of the Castle with a free multimedia tour. From October to March, visitors can also walk through the sumptuous Semi-State Apartments, which served as the private rooms of George IV in the 19th century.
St. George's Chapel
St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in England, is a chapel designed in the high-medieval Gothic style. It is both a Royal Peculiar, a church under the direct jurisdiction of the monarch, and the Chapel of the Order of the Garter. Seating approximately 800,it is located in the Lower Ward of the castle.

5.00This was a well organized experience. Chrissy was an amazing guide. Hearing her Received Pronunciation English describe in detail the wonderful sites was delightful and charming. She is so experienced, and I would recommend her to anyone. Emil did his first tour last minute and is a superstar!

5.00This was a great experience. Saul was our guide and Steve was our driver. They held the entire day according to schedule, and clearly communicated boarding and departure times so we knew how much time we could spend in each area. Saul was full of historical information and pointed out sites as we passed by. He is also bilingual (English and Spanish) and I was impressed how well he catered to the entire group. I highly recommend.

5.00I wasn’t planning on doing any tours during my time in the UK because I thought “ehh I’ve seen enough pictures and shows on that sort of thing”…BUT I’m so glad I took the opportunity to experience it for real. Godfrey was an incredible guide- a true wealth of knowledge. The day was well planned, smoothly run, and tons of opportunities to customize the tour to your specific interests.
It’s a long a day but totally worth it. 10/10 I would do it again.

4.00Overall this is a great trip if you want to cover a lot of ground. Don’t be surprised if you feel a little rushed. It’s a lot of sights to see in a short amount of time. Richard, our guide, and Russel, our driver, did a good job of keeping us on schedule and plenty of new knowledge.

5.00A long but great day to get the highlights of these 3 significant historical locations. Wish we had more time at each but appreciated the chance to see them all. Chrissy was very knowledgeable about the locations we passed along the way and Emil drove with confidence.
