5.00Very well organized, knowledgeable and professional tour guide. Sharon knew her history and was probably the best and safest driver we have ever experienced in a busy and bustling city. The company kept us informed and were very gracious and helpful when we had to change the date. Happy to give them a 5 Star rating. They deserved it.

5.00If just looking for an easy 4 hour excursion that is packed with amazing sites and a complete history narrative from an actual Australian, look no further! Our guide Sharon was so knowledgeable and really went out of her way to provide everything we needed and asked for!!

5.00We were greeted early by our host Sharon in our Four Seasons Sydney hotel. She clearly briefed us about the travel plan (I loved the organization!). We learned that my wife and I were the only 2 on the trip but they were going anyway! What customer service!! Helen, from the Tour office joined us and added to the interesting commentary along the way. They painted a colorful narrative of the Story of Sydney and stopped at very beautiful spots. This was a very worthy excursion to introduce Sydney from many angles and the coach was quite comfortable. Sharon stopped at such scenic vistas for this photography buff. Now I have these memories to print! She is such a gracious informative hostess and excellent driver at the same time. A must trip to get to know this gem of a city!

5.00Great tour. I accidentally booked the wrong date and felt horrible when they messaged me asking if I was coming. Rather than make a big deal about it, they were very flexible and simply offered to book me another day free of charge. Thank you again and I apologize for the inconvenience!

5.00We took The Story of Sydney Tour with Helen. She was amazing! Even though it rained the day of our tour, we definitely made the best of it! I wish we had taken this tour at the beginning of our stay since it took us to places I would have loved to go back to. Next time! I will definitely use Ultimately Sydney Tours again!

In spite of the rain, we were still able to make our way to all the highlights and hear all the history of the Sydney Harbour and its communities. We would HIGHLY recommend spending a few hours with Helen and learn some fun and interesting facts about Sydney, Australia!!

5.00My family and I enjoyed the Story of Sydney Tour in mid-April. This 4-hour tour gave us a historical overview of how Sydney evolved beginning at the Rocks in 1788. We traveled in an air-conditioned van that seats about 14-16 people. Helen, our tour guide, was excellent. She had so much historical and current information on each sight as we traveled around the city, answering many of our questions. (Helen also has a great sense of humor, which made the tour even more fun.) There were three stops to walk beautiful scenic coastline paths (Mrs. Macquarie's Chair, Watson's Bay and Bondi Beach). In addition, the tour took us around Potts Point, Darling Point, Chinatown and Darling Harbor. We even had a chance to see the previous home of Tom Cruise & Nicole Kidman. I would highly recommend this tour, not only if you are a first-time visitor, but also if you want to learn more about the history of Sydney.
