At the Strahov Monastery, skip-the-line access allows you to immerse yourself in the world-famous Strahov Library,

Loreta Square (Loretánské náměstí) in Prague is a charming historic square in the Hradčany district. Highlights include: Loreta Shrine – a Baroque pilgrimage site with a beautiful façade, carillon bells, and the Santa Casa. Černín Palace – the largest Baroque palace in Prague, now the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Capuchin Monastery – a quiet religious site next to the Loreta. Historic atmosphere – peaceful setting with cobblestones, old houses, and views toward Prague Castle. It’s a serene spot with religious, architectural, and historical significance.

Our guide, Valentyna, was knowledgeable and friendly and I enjoyed the time spent with her. She explained a lot about the castle hill, abbey and of course the beautiful library.
