3.00I had paid and downloaded the tour yesterday, we stopped for a drink part way through and when I tried to open the tour again, it closed and it wouldn’t allow me back in unless I paid again? I messaged Viator asking to allow us to access it again the next day so we could finish the tour but I had no reply.

1.00I could not get the tou to download to my phone (even though it’s a new phone and I had Wi-Fi service in the hotel). I wound up just going through Shakespeare’s birthplace and then walking over to the new place and paying admission and walking around with no guide. Never again.

1.00Not worth it, waste of money. Suggest watching a YouTube video instead of buying this tour. Under whelming experience, surely not worth the price.
