  Great time! Food was great, band was awesome! Easy experience with no stress. You get a card at the beginning that records all transactions like drinks, coat check, etc.. The soprano singer was the best! Funny, flirty, hit every note.

  Good music in a great venue. Food better than expected. Only issue was I was lucky enough to get one of the few seats not facing the stage. Undermined enjoyment.

  A very well organised and very entertaining experience. The Mirage adds to the atmosphere of the event. The food was well cooked and well presented. Waiter staff were very efficient and friendly. Alex did a great job. Drinks are not too pricy for this type of event. Menu could have been more varied. It seemed odd to have beef tartar followed by beef steak.

  Nice show, food very improveable. That the show is for an international audience is understandable, but welcome words or some explanations should take place in German out of respect for the Austrian or German audience also present. We're in Vienna and not on an American cruise ship.

  We had already booked in the summer and were looking forward to this event. What we experienced mocks every description. It began with the Viennese conductor of the orchestra greeting the guests exclusively in English, as if there were no Austrians or Germans present. Also during the event the conductor spoke only English. We speak fluent English, but when you are in Vienna, you expect that the local guests are also addressed in the home language. Gladly afterwards also in English. Focusing solely on Americans is disrespectful and simply does not belong. But the worst part was the food. To call it a canteen meal or a canteen meal would still be boastful. As an appetizer there was a beef tartare. Of course, you can hardly do anything wrong. The main course was called onion roast and was touted as a typical Austrian speciality. What came was an insult to good Austrian cuisine. An onion roast is usually cut from a well-hung piece of roast beef, ideally about 2-3cm. The meat is usually tender. Served was an approximately 8mm thick slice of a tough piece that resembled the sole of a shoe. This was not yet visible when serving, because 2/3 of the plate was covered with something that was not identifiable at first. They were onion rings, but not brown braised and soft, but white, hard and cold in consistency. I guess it was industrially made onion rings that were freeze-dried and then just tipped out of the bag onto the plates. Normally, this product would have ended up in the pan and fried. This step had been skipped in the kitchen for whatever reason. For this, they diligently tipped away on the plates to cover the misery. There was also half a pickled cucumber cut into strips under this cold, white, hard stuff what onion rings should be. Everything was framed with an indefinable brown sauce, as used in industrial kitchens, and three halves of potatoes briefly fried. I asked the waitress to bring me the cook, please, but the waitress just rolled her eyes and apologized a lot. Apparently, she knew what a mess there was in that store. Finally, the much-vaunted Austrian Kaiserschmarrn. We were looking forward to it. Misrepresentation. The plates on which the Kaiserschmarrn was served were freezing cold. They had been in the kitchen somewhere and apparently the kitchen and tent are not usually heated. Instead of preheating the plates before use, the warm Kaiserschmarrn was spread over ice-cold plates and was then already cold when served. The event definitely has to be seen as poorly managed, where it's all about taking people's money out of their pockets at the lowest possible cost. We sat in the ring and had paid 149 euros per person for the tickets. I would have had no problem paying more if the quality of the food was reasonable for the price, such was the pure rip-off and an insult to Austrian cuisine. After all, some Americans will now think that this food represents Austrian cuisine and look forward to the next McDonalds. Anyone attending this event should be aware of the above facts, then the disappointment is not too great. There are also such events in many other major European cities and we know some of them. But there was nowhere such a bad food. (e.g. Phantasialand has a great event with Fantissima with a very good 4-course menu)

  Pleasant and fun show, good dinner, all well organized... A plus to the first violin that ended the evening with disco music involving the whole room

  Four-course dinner is actually (simple) three-course dinner with bread in advance. Music is not the top quality but ambiance fine. VIP place (and price) was not really worth it and certainly not a 'special place or service'. All in all had a nice evening.

  Great show with great entertainers and the food was delicious. The show is out of central Vienna near theme park. We walked 45minutes but most used Taxis/uber. Highly recommend.
