  From the moment I first contacted Tavrej I had a strong feeling this was going to be a fantastic experience ~ and I was absolutely right! He was warm, responsive and focused on making sure we had the best possible day. Nothing felt too much trouble; he was more than happy to tailor the tour to suit us and very generous with his time. We were travelling with our two young adult sons and he even added an extra stop he thought they’d particularly enjoy ~ a thoughtful touch that really showed how much he cares about his guests. The whole day was brilliantly paced: informative without feeling ‘tour guidey’, lots of laughs and full of interesting and engaging chat. We felt completely safe and very well looked after throughout. Delhi can be overwhelming and there is simply no way we could have navigated it like this on our own. (Also it was reassuring knowing we could tuck into street food knowing places were tried and tested) We’re usually very independent travellers but with only a couple of days in Delhi we wanted to make the most of our time ~ booking with Tavrej was the best decision we could have made. It meant we could fully relax and enjoy the experience while he expertly guided us through the city. Everything was seamlessly handled from navigating the metro to hopping on rickshaws in a downpour. On top of all that, Tavrej himself was a joy to spend time with ~ personable, funny and genuinely friendly. He made the day feel special from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Delhi.

  We had the most incredible street food tour with Tavrej last night, we cannot recommend it enough. Tavrej took us to chandni chowk via the metro, and took us to so many beautiful food stalls. The food was the best food we've ever had, but also just walking around the market streets of chandni chowk and getting so information and history was very cool. Tavrej made sure all the food we had was all suitable for vegetarians at our request, but he also caters for non veggies. Every little detail was thought of - bottled water regularly, providing tissues at the spice market, wet wipes after curries, hand sanitizer before food etc. We felt completely safe and looked after the whole time :) the tour took about 3.5 hours in total. Tavrej is also a lovely person & really fun company to spend the evening with, highly highly recommend.

  The street food experience in Delhi was absolutely incredible! Every bite was full of flavor, from spicy chaat to mouth-watering kebabs and sweet desserts. The variety is just amazing—you get to try so many different dishes in one place. What I loved most was the authenticity and freshness of the food, along with the lively atmosphere of the streets.   If you want to experience and taste the authentic Old Delhi, you have to take this tour with Travej! It was just fantastic. We tried things we would never have found on our own – the chole bhature was a poem, the mango lassi was wonderfully refreshing and the water buffalo kebabs were an absolute culinary highlight. Travej is a great guide who took incredibly loving and attentive care of us. You immediately notice that he cares about the well-being of his guests and knows his city inside out. It was all perfectly organized and just delicious. An absolute must for any Delhi visit. Thank you, Travej!"

  What a great experience going on this tour with Tavrej. On this particular day, I was the only guest, so he was able to fully personalize the tour and tailor it exactly to what I wanted. As a solo female traveler, this was the perfect way to explore. I felt much safer navigating Old Delhi with a local guide, especially in an environment that can feel overwhelming even for experienced travelers. We ate amazing local food, I learned so much about the history, and Tavrej went above and beyond to make sure I got to where I needed to go safely. I highly recommend him.

  The tour was very fun. It’s clear that T takes us to the best places, and he always shares explanations about the food and the locations we pass along the way. I was initially a bit hesitant about doing this tour, but I ended up regretting not doing it on the first day of my trip! I highly recommend experiencing Indian cuisine through this tour.

  We were expertly charmed by our day with Tarej. We used his services for our first day in Delhi and it was the best decision. Tarej told us what India was: how to use the metro, buses, tuk tuk. He answered all our questions about India! It was extraordinary. Questions about lifestyle, religion, manners! It was a perfect day with him. His English is impeccable! We had his phone number and the meeting bridge was super easy. We even continued to correspond with him afterwards. He was super helpful, punctual and very knowledgeable about Indian history!   Husband and I completed the 11 Street Foods Old Delhi Chandni Chowk tour. Organised chaos is how it was described & it didn’t fail to impress.
