Travel by air-conditioned catamaran from Cairns Marina to our Moore Reef Pontoon located on the Outer Great Barrier Reef, perfectly positioned and equipped for you to explore this reef that is teeming with colourful coral and fascinating fish.

Spend 4 hours exploring the reef by taking advantage of the free inclusions such as glass bottom boat tours, all snorkelling equipment, underwater observatory, fish feeding presentation, an enclosed ocean pool for kids and buffet lunch.

The pontoon also features an upper sundeck to relax in the sun and look out over the turquoise waters in between activities. This is where you'll find the waterslide - the only theme park waterslide on the reef!

Dial up the adventure and add on optional extras like include Introductory or Certified diving, Seawalker Helmet dive, Guided Snorkel Tour or even a Scenic helicopter flight.

This was a wonderful day trip to the moore reef pontoon. The crew were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable The atmosphere if the tour was brilliant. One of the crew members, Sandy, helped out with our 3 year old daughter to have a snorkelling expierence. She went above and beyond to make the day special for our little girl. It was wonderful, I cant thank the crew enough for the amazing day we had.

Great experience. Submersible activity was not available but we were informed when we went to collect tickets. They should have informed earlier when we were buying tickets I would have used a different provider.

I travelled with my family, and during our trip a health and safety incident occurred that was deeply distressing for the crew, passengers, and our two young children. The lack of communication and the hours of uncertainty amplified the distress for everyone involved, and gave the impression that the crew were not adequately trained to manage such situations. I hope Sunlover takes this experience as an opportunity to strengthen safety procedures and better prepare and support their crew for future incidents. While they may have been the cheaper option, I would recommend paying more for a more professional experience.

Very disappointed in the coral. Told the reef had recovered but it was very insipid compared to last time we saw it. Submersible was cancelled also

We had to wait too long in the hot sun with no shade to get on the boat. The journey was good and not too bumpy on the lowest deck. The snorkelling experience was very good but limited space to leave our things. The lunch was good. The glass bottom boat was excellent. Unfortunately the semi submersible was broken which was a shame.

Was very disappointed my niece was visiting from uk and I so wanted for her to see the the reef in the submarine. That wasn’t possible so never again.

Took my family on two full day tours with Sunlover . One to Fitzroy Island and one to Moore reef pontoon. Couldn't fault sunlover on either tours . Staff are fantastic. Lunch was plentiful and nice on both tours. Great snorkelling at both . The pontoon was fantastic. It has a water slide, semi submersible, and glass bottom boat. I recommend bringing reef shoes to Fitzroy Island as it's a coral beach.

Simply brilliant day! The water on the reef was crystal clear and it’s perfect for a taste of what the GBR has to offer. We saw giant clams-amazing- a turtle, many fish and coral species. My older mum enjoyed the glass bottom boat and submersible tour. The staff and safety conservations are run superbly. Excellent lunch with salads, meat, fish, prawns, bread and fruit. Had fun walking to nudey beach on Fitzroy island.
