We absolutely loved everything about this day! Boarding was simple and efficient, the ride to the reef was beautiful and the snorkeling was breathtaking! We went with our teenage boys (13&15) and they said it was their favorite trip of all time! High praise from two well-traveled, screen obsessed kids. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone!

Welcoming professional and smiling staff. The promise is kept to the description. However with a helicopter, 2 boats , a slide on the platform , not much wildlife on the reef. Such a high price is not deserved. 3 h round trip boat for a 4 h activity

A great experience. After 1.5 hours of rocking by boat, we head to the beautiful Outer Reef. Of course there are lifeguards, We don't have the rigid rules of Japan. You could swim and snorkel freely. The sea was beautiful. You can swim with fish.

It was a good experience overall. It was very windy which was challenging. The staff were amazing all day and happy to help.

This trip should have been cancelled and money refunded because of the weather. The day we went out we were unfortunate with the weather. Once we were on the boat we were given a strong warning that the boat trip to the pontoon would be rough and were advised to take travel sickness pills which we could purchase from the small kiosk onboard. The trip out was uncomfortable and very very rough with many people experiencing sickness, even after having travel sickness pills or bands. Not a great start to the day. When out at the pontoon they day was drizzly and miserable. trying to make the best of a bad weather day some of our family did snorkel for as long as they could in the cold water. Lunch was provided and was adequate. The captain of the ship was rude and grumpy and witnessed him reprimanding both adults and children in that manner, not great customer relations. In the right weather conditions the day and with a captain with a more pleasant disposition this could have been an awesome day. Make sure you double check the weather and the sea conditions before the free cancellation period ends. If the sea and weather conditions look bad better to cancel and not go than have a miserable day.
